dear sir,
i am business person from gujarat but not farmer in gujarat. we have purchased agriculture land on company name for " bonafied industrial use under " 63AA".
now my question is in what condition i can get permission and also note that my land is falling whithin 5 km of development authority,
plz guide me appropriate.

Sir,
I have applied a passport and there is an issue of change in surname . My former name is Rama Kumari which is mentioned in my NON ECR supporting documents. Now my present name in new documents such as adhaar uid, voter id,and pan card is Rama Rani. Passport Officer's says to submit Annexure E' on Non Judicial Paper of minimum value.
They also said that to insert advertisement in two reputed newspaper and i have to submit original newspapers at the time of next appointment. {I want to know about the format of writing that is to be print in the newspapers.}

Dear Sir/Madam,
My daughter, after birth was kept in NICU for 7 days in jyoti punj hospital, Patna, Bihar.
I have Submitted all required document(Including Bill,Blood Test report etc) to Health insurance company but they are demanding Indoor case paper's photocopy too for processing claim.
But the hospital is not ready to give me photocopy of indoor case paper.
Please suggest.

I have filed a execution petition on behalf of company under specific power of attorney to represent their case before court, which was notarized, but court returned the case as that the power of attorney was not registered as indian registration amended act, 2012
Please clarify whether the power of attorney to represent case ought to be register or otherwise kindly provide judgments relating to same

Hi,
Photograph submitted by applicant in DV was marked as exhibit. Whereas photograph submitted by respondents was marked as article.
Why cant the same photograph can be mark as exhibit.

Can an employees pension be withheld by the govt if he is convicted for misconduct under Prevention of corruption act. The person was suspended earlier but later his suspension was revoked. He hasn't caused pecuniary loss to the govt. In such cases does the govt reserves the right to withold pension.
