Sir,
I am living abroad and I used to have relationship with a girl. An year ago we broke up there and I came back to india after few months and I got engaged to another girl. After few months of my engagement that girl with whom I had relationship once approached my family and my in laws family and told that she got pregnant with my child and she undergone Abortion. She said to my family either you should marry him with me or I will complain against you. wecompletely refused her marriage option and said that you should proceed as you like. Now she have complained in police station that my family and I have threatened her. We have put pressure on her family due to which she got into stressed and she fell from stairs and she had to abort the child, also she had been taking lots of medicines because of us. On theze complains DSP summoned me. And my family visited police station and they have called again after a week. In the whole time she had been continuously mailing me that she will put me behind bars no matter what ever she have to do and whoever she have to approach. So I want to know that how should we proceed further as we are not at any fault. She asked me to marry her and I refused and we broke up in the past. On those grounds she has been filing the case, if matter goes into court will the judge give me importance since the relationship we shared was outside india and not even in india.

My wife left my home seven months back . On asking mutual divorce, she is not responding. My mother is aged and she cannot even move at her own . One of our relative's daughter, who is divorcy and ready to marry me . since I m not getting divorce from my wife .. can I and that girl go for live-in relationship ? ... (2) since my wife is not living with me and also not giving me divorce, after what time our marriage can consider as natural divorce ?

Hello Experts, I have already asked too many questions already and need clarification on section 177 and section 178 and have seen cases getting quashed because of judiciary restrictions,
In my case only the Hospital document which she has attached are from Agra( She was bruetly beaten in delhi at 12 and got medically examined at 9 in UP) rest all allegations, harassment, Dowry demand, Marriage and what ever one can think in marriage has happened in Delhi.
Does sec 177 and sec 178 helps in getting complaint quash or i need to wait till FIR is submitted ?? are there any chances atall

My Wife plans to Open a Play/Nursery school in a Garage area in a residential building which we plan to have on rent and I would like to know
1. If We are required to obtain a Gumasta-Shop License
2. Also is there any other formalities required

I have got contested divorce from my husband last year and legally child (Son) custody is with me.
Query:- My grand father-in-laws purchase a property (House) in 1960’s new Delhi Which was on lease of L N D O . He died in 1980’s without leaving any will. My grandfather-in-laws left behind two son & two sisters.In 1992 my father-in-law and his brother mutated lease dead on their name in
L N D O department records by taking N O C from their sisters. In 1997 My father-in- law & his brother free hold that said property from L N D O & got registered that property on their names.
My query:-
1.What is my & my child legal right in said property and how can i put said property in litigation and get some handsome amount amicably.
2.Experts i want to put said property in some litigation. How can file civil suit any partition suit or any type of case against the said property to pressurize my husband to get some money for my survival.
3. Should i need property document for filing any case.

Respected Sir,
I am working in a PSU since last 4 years.This year I applied for civil services Examination (CSE),for which I informed to my company. Simultaneously I also applied for Engineering Services Examination (ESE) for practise purpose, so not informed to my company. Now, I got selected to ESE and getting a good department.I am interested in joining the department. Kindly advise me whether I can give technical resignation or not. In later case what should be my course of action?

Hi,
I received a message from one telecom like rate cutter offer. I did the recharge as per the instructions provided by them. Later the offer is not activated and all my amount has been lost. I made a complaint to customer care and higher authorities they told there is no such offer. I replied to them then the offer has been received from your side only they told without activating from you are side how we do the activation later I shared the screen shot to them but they are telling we cannot help on this.
can you help me out how to take further action on it.

i read somewhere that a army man married to her first cousin. after one year her parents took her back to home, then her husband placed a writ prtition to bombay high court to get her back.
but court donot allow them to live together beacuse marrige to first cousin is a prohabited practice.
bombay high court said your marriage is prohabited according to HMA. so you cannt live together, as a conset adult you can make your desicion after consulting your parents.
means if parent donot allow they cannt live together. if they try to live together , then parents can file case against them. because there marriage is void, and they already know as husband and wife..
so my query is that if someone want to live together with cousin without attepmt any marriage .
so that time writ petition can help them or not ? because living is a fundamental right of every human....
