Postal assistant resignation query

If I join the Postal assistant job then can I resign it within a week?
I may get Bank PO job next month and about to receive the joining letter of Postal assistant for induction training this month. So my query is If I get the PO job then can I leave the postal assistant job immediately?Or I have to remain there for a specified time period before which I can't resign? what are the consequences?
Thanks!

Disputed property case, bringing heir on board

There is a legal property dispute ongoing due to fraud. There is a stay order in place for status quo while the legal case is ongoing. My father's name is on the property as legal owner. The physical possession is with the opposing party who committed fraud, but their names are not on the property as yet. He passed away. I am his heir. How can I bring his heir, myself on the 7/12 records when thee is a stay order for status quo in place. Would such a stay order this order apply to bringing heirs on board on property records? Can an expert please let me know which laws apply to enter my name onto the 7/12 records as legal owner now? Thanks

Appeal dismissed in state commission in consumer act

Hi Experts,

An appeal was filed by our OP in State Commission which has been dismissed in initial stages without even sending notice to us.

The appeal was dismissed in default due to his non absence. Moreover he took the stand that he never received the copy of final order of District forum, but district forum sent their report to state commission that their service was completed and OP was delivered the order already.

Now Judge in district forum is delaying the case unnecessarily. My question is how to proceed fast and whether OP can ask for restoration of case in State commission and if yes then how much is the time limit for restoration of case.

Please guide.

Inheritance of paternal property by daughter

Father died 20 years back. A hand written family agreement was made by the eldest son, a senior lawyer for partition of the landed property where he gave a wrong statement that father had already given his land to the sons. A small part of mothers land was given to daughters. Signatures of all inheritors were taken on blank papers for getting the agreement typed. On the blank signed paper the agreement was typed that is different than the hand written one that deprives daughters as some land is still in fathers name. The hand written agreement is with eldest son and he is not giving copy to the others nor discussing it. Kindly suggest what best can be done.

Claim on property

Me and my wife are senior citizen. I have a son and a daughter, both are married. My son is divorced. He had given full custody of his only child to his wife with one time child maintenance. Me, my wife and my son were severely and continuously harassed by his wife which resulted into this divorce with a very bad taste in mouth. Me and my wife do not possess any ancestral property. Whatever property we have is all earned by me and my wife. In the wills which me and my wife are going to make we want to distribute the property equally between my son and daughter and we don’t want my grandson to have any claim on the property which we transfer to my son even after his death. Please advise us.

Querry on service matter

I am a class ' A' and before a deaprtmental case is instituted against me, a firststage advice from CVC is mandatory. In one of the matter depatment has not referred the matter to CVC for its advice. In other two matters department has referred the matter to CVC. In the matter not referred to CVC, department thought I am working in class 'B' by mistake.
what is the effect on proceedings, are they lawful or not? Any judgement in favor of me?
