when is the right time to file TEP, as in all and my case as well FIL claims to give me cash 20 lac and 5 lac after marriage and 11 lac of hotel payment, for hotel I already have spoken to owner who is known to me, FIL has paid 1.6 lac only
As I have only registered copy of caw cell complaint, Wife hasn't mentioned her stridhan but have mentioned articles given to relatives and to husband only

i have problem in birth dates in my two documents that is birth certificate and passport, my actual date of birth is 24/01/1993 but somehow wrongly mentioned in birth certificate that is 24/01/1995 and latter i have made my passport with same date, but all my schooling documents have my actual date of birth that is of year 1993. now i need to make correction in both birth certificate and in passport. Can anyone please show me the way and procedure that how can i legally rectify this issue.

Sir I am terminated. I want to challenge my the illegal termination. Even then can I draw pf. Will it effect the case in future. Also can I take gratuity amount with conditions

We are married for the last 3.5 years. Aged 39 and 36. We have a daughter aged 2 years 3 months.
Wife is not staying with me for the last 7 months. she left my house without any reason. Now last month she have filed a petition with woman's commission, they called for a hearing, but she did not come. 90% false allegations. Now, I just want to understand what are the possibilities of getting divorce. There were many cheating in the marriage. The girls family told that she have a government job but that was a fake promise. They offered gold worth 8 lakh but that gold was kept in her sisters locker who is in USA and now they say, I have taken that. I have the locker key.
She was not interested in getting married, she was not interested in sex too. We never had sex after confirming her pregnancy.
So please advice me whether it is possible to get a divorce, if so, how much time it would take. Will I have to give any maintenance to her. I am a freelancer and do not have a regular income, do not have any property.

resp.sir,my father,a retired jharkhand govt.doctor died on 7th sep'2013. his retirement benefits are due from the department.my mother is nominee mentioned by my father in his documents.an another woman is also claiming for the retirement benefits of my father ,who is said to be the wife of my father and mother of a son.what can be the probable solution for the same?

I'm staying in Mumbai, I have purchased resale flat at Poona, Which is jointly owned by husband and wife. Who presently working at Assam State. Total consideration fixed 38 lac out of that 8 lac transferred from my account to flat owners account as token amount which is mentioned in agreement, and decided to take balance 30 loan from bank on registered agreement for sale. on 23rd January,2015. I had paid stamp duty, registration charges. we all purchaser, seller and witness put signature, thumb print and photos on agreement in registrar's office. unfortunately registrars office closed 6 pm and our agreement not registered. next 3 days 24,25 & 26th January was holiday. As per their pre schedule flat owner went back to
Assam and requested me that he will confirm the next date for registration. mean time I applied for loan and sanction letter emailed to flat owner. reply to that he confirmed registration date on 26th February,2015.and requested me to present at Poona. Accordingly I reached there but owners was not there. I tried to contact them but they not received my calls, not replies to sms,email. same day afternoon I received sms form owner he wrote " As discussed I have not received the payment.I am coming at my flat" I reached his flat and found he is alone. I asked him about his wife, he said she is on the way and will reach within an hour. Also I explained him that without registered agreement bank cant disburse the loan. He said to me that he will reach at registrar office with one hour with his wife. again I went there and wait till 5.40pm but he not came and not respond to phone,sms,email. With suggestion of The Advocate I admitted agreement in registrar office. and acknowledgement emailed him. But no any response from there side. Please give me your valuable suggestion. What legal action I have to take.Again I want to point that sign, thumb, photos put on agreement by all. Thanks in advance to all experts. eagerly waiting for reply.

Section 498a and section 402
Hi,
I am in US from the last 1 year from 9th Feb 2914 onwards
I have H1 B VISA valid till 31st Sep 2015 now.
My h1B VISA is likely to get extended for another 3 years.
My wife has filed false cases Section 498A,504 ,506,420 and 406 case on 13th Dec 2014 in India
She is staying separate from me and my family from the last 1 year in India
I have no involvement in any of the cases.
My Father mother and Sister got bail as this was falase and basesless and there was no proof.
I hope this false open cases against me will not effect my Stay and employemnt in US ?
