Respected Sir,
Can some one tell if "any one is booked in a case under section 292 (d) IPC, will it effect his chances to get in to government job in any way ".
While joining in government jobs candidate will be asked to fill certain columns which will ask certain questions like "have you ever been booked under any sections which will make you disqualified for govt jobs etc" (I DONT REMEMBER EXACT WORDING).
Why I am asking this is, Once I was booked under IPC 292(d) and that case was closed in my favour.
I want to know if I have to mention this in filling forms while joining govt job or not. or can I ignore it as 292 IPC is not a potential section for hampering this.

We are construction Private Ltd at Coimbatore. Now DL circulated us to submit Tamilnadu Construction Welfare Board Application for Migrant Labours. Is this necessary to cover all and Who will bear the cost of fund contribution. Or otherwise Government will take care.

Dear Sir,
I need urgent suggestion on my married life. I got married three years back. due to lack of her understanding and maturity this relationship is not going well.due to this we don't have any kids. she always does behave in neutral way so that i can give her divorce and never corp-orated with me in any things of married life. whenever things gone wrong in this relation her family members always blame on me and my family members.and since three years they are giving warning of court case against me and my family. they never accepted my wife's mistakes and always blame on me and now they are involving my family members also.
Due to that misbehavior and and their warning I have started living separetly from my family with my wife in ahmedabad. two months back wife created false drama and run away from my flat at night and blamed me that i have slapped her and throw out from my flat. but that was totally wrong drama created by her. Now her brothers and her family members are harassing my parents and warned that we will do legal case against your whole family members although she was living with me since two years. still they are calling my parents are harassing. my father is govt employee and mother is also already suffering from illness. we have send our messenger at their home for mutual divorce but still they are misbehaving and spoiling our social reputation here and there. we whole family are really in trouble. every time they called me at their home and misbehaved me in front of her family and left no respect for me and for our family members. so many times she told me that if will do suicide if i would have dare to do it.
So please do the needful and give me some valuable suggestion. should we do any legal against against them? now its been 2 and half months she is at their home. now her brother is warning that if my sis will commie any suicide we will do police or legal action.
In short since three years they are harassing me and now they are harassing my whole family members and her brother abused me very badly on phone. Now no respect at all for each other. too much involvement of her family members and her behavior spoiled my life. and my career. she and her family members never accepted her any mistakes.i am still living separately from my parents.
So help me and give your valuable suggestion so that i can came out from this trouble.

Good Morning to All experts.
Hi this is Neeha, And i have a query for which i need suggestions and advice from you.
We are manufacturing company and we have obtained Certificate of Registration of Manufacture/Packer under Rule 27 of the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities Rules) 2011.
Now since there is a change in constitution of the company we would like to go for amendment of the said certificate. I have tried to find out the form for modification of the certificate but couldn't. Hence request you all to let me know whether there is any format for filing a modification of the license? if yes, can you please share me the format and also relevant documents that are to be submitted along with the Form. of Is it enough if we just make a request on the company's letter head stating about the modification?
Kindly do the needful.

The notice period as per my appointment letter is 2 months or salary in lieu of for both employer and employee. The employer had found a replacement at a lesser salary and has asked me to leave. I was ready to serve my two months notice period but the employer has not allowed me to serve and asked me to leave immediately. I have mail corresponence saying I want to serve my notice period. Now the employer had denied payment of my two months notice period. do i have a remedy.

sir, I am a govt. employee,and joined in Oct. 2014.In my appointment letter it was stated that I have been offered with a temporary post and this appointment is terminable on 7 days notice period from either side.is NOC needed for me to aply for any job.

I am facing 498a (4yrs)and a maintenance case (3yrs)for a long time now; recently I managed to get exemption from personal appearance in both the cases after guidance from the esteemed panel of experts of the lawyer’s club thank you all, but that still doesn’t make me a free person.
I would like to speed up the trial process so that I can truly call myself free. And prove my innocence to the society.

I HAVE FILED SERVICE TAX RETURN FOR PERIOD APR TO SEP 14 FOR RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX CALCULATED TAX ON 25% OR 3.09% OF TOTAL VALUE AND SELECTED NOTIFICATION 26/2012 AND SERIAL 1 IN SERVICE TAX RETURN BUT NOW WHEN I VIEW MY ST3 RETURN IT SHOWED ERROR THAT 26/2012 NOTITFCATION AND SERIAL 1 IS NOT APPLICABLE TO RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX SERVICE.
MY QUESTION IS THAT WHAT IS THE CORRECT NOTIFCTION AND SERIAL NO FOR RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX SERVICE FOR ABOVE 3.09% CALCULATION AND WHETHER MY CALCULATION IS CORRECT OR NOT
