My aunty(Senior Citizen)has gifted an X amount of money to her younger sister(Age 68) who is also a senior citizen after selling off her property as she is in a bad state. Now can the younger sister give her husband (Age 72) half the amount she received as a gift. Would it be taxable.
What would be the best way to do this money transfer without incurring taxes. Is there any money limit to a gift deed in this scenario. Would appreciate help on this from all you experts.

Dear Sirs, I have a brand registered in my company name, we sell electronic accessories in that brand name directly to customers. Now somebody are selling fake products in our brand name on sites like amazon and snapdeal. we have purchased these fake products from amazon and snapdeal and collected all proof that they are selling fake products.
Please help me with the format of legal notice for IPR infringement and instruct them to stop selling these products. Thanks

Dear Sir,
I am in Probation period of 1 year in a psu 'x' and I have executed a non judicial bond with Psu 'x' to serve it for five years after probation. Now, after 8 months of joining Psu 'x' ,I have got an offer of appointment from a new Psu 'y'. What I am intending to do is resigning the previous Psu 'x' before joining new Psu 'y'. But neither i do have informed about my previous employment to new Psu 'y'
not about my new job to the Psu 'x'.Can this action of mine lead to any legal action??
If Yes ,then what will be an appropriate solution as I am very keen to join new Psu 'y'??? Also I have to join new PSU withing 15 days..

Dear Sir
I received the cheque of income tax refund amount Rs 82, 520/- .But the account no mentioned was my old bank account, I sent it to State Bank of India, Cash Management Product Centre, Mumbai with supporting documents for reissuing the refund amount. I sent it on 21-02-2015, but till now I am not received the refund cheque
Please advise me what to do next….

I did marriage in 2011. My wife was a government servant and before marriage she was working in her home town Pathalgaon, District Jashpur (Chhattisgarh) and was living with parents. After marriage also she was working there only and living with her parents. She used to live with me in my house (Raigarh, District Raigarh Chhattisgarh) 10-15 days in a month. A girl child was born in my house (Raigarh) in 2013. My wife died due to illness in 2015 when she was living with her parents in Pathalgaon. After my wife's cremation in Raigarh my in-laws took away my baby. I went to father-in-law’s houe to take my child but they denied. Then I had applied in SDM court Raigarh under Act 97. When police reached at their house alongwith search warrant they produced medical unfit certificate to police and same day they filed an application in Kunkuri District Jashpur ADJ Court for the child's guardianship (Act7) and stay of SDM (Act 151 and 10) court. We replied in ADJ court that both case are different (criminal & civil), the birth place of the child is Raigarh & they took away the child without permission of her father. Therefore ADJ Court should not accept application.
But ADJ court passed an order on 11th March 2015 that the child will be stay with her maternal grandparents till the end of the case. And SDM court dismissed the proceeding due to the decision of ADJ Court, Kunkuri. The next hearing is held on 20th April 2015 in ADJ Court, Kunkuri.
You are requested to advise me:
1. As I don't have any type of criminal case on me but how can I get my child back.
2. There was not submitted any application for custody of the child from both parties.
2. Should I put this order in HC for revision/writ?
3. Can I bring this case in my city (Raigarh)?
4. Any other committee like Child Line, Bal Kalyan Committee etc. which can help me better.

Sir,
I was an employee of Management cadre at a private Limited company in Delhi since April 2006. I have offer letter, appointment letter, increment and promotion letters, copy of resignation with acceptance, last salary structure and experience letter from this company. I have not received salary for the last 8 months, i.e. from August 2014. I came to know that the company has not payed PF from July 2013 on wards. I have lodged a case with the Labour inspector but they are only giving different dates for hearing. Kindly guide me how to get all my dues cleared from this company.

About 304b and 498a
1. After my marriage she lives in her parents’ house Arani (Tamilnadu) since she interested to study in teacher training.
2. She never came to my parents living house and myself i am working in Chennai.
3. After my girl baby porn also she never come to my house even she not interested to come to live with me in Chennai also.
4. Finally we sent advocate notice to her for come to my parents’ house to stay some time.
5. She never agree to that.
6. Meanwhile they used their power and they involved all women police to put 498a case.
7. To avoid that i fill AB in high court and court will send for mediation, after mediation failed and we got AB and we completed the AB process.
8. After i have applied for divorce in my nearest court in Chennai.
9. After she made suicide in her home by hanging in cable wire.
10. They family fill the case for my whole family in 304b case.
Because of that we went up to suicide level. i never lived with her even continuously 10 days also.
And she never come to my parents’ house also even single day.
We have exchange of advocate notice and meditation disposal copy.
But police never investigated or don't ask any single question also with us,me my mother and father was in prison 23 days. After we got condition bail. Now the case is pending.
So please guide me how i will prove my innocent and how I will secure my family.
