Sir, I married a girl in 10 May 2014.I send her to her house on 14 May 14 in the presence of village elders as she caught affair with his cousin through auto call recorder in my phone. Soon after i complained to local PS for her suicide discussion in phone with his boy friend and filed a FIR in 18 May 14. Than i filed a Annulment (to nullify my marriage) case in family court in 23 May 14 as no nuptials has been taken place as she avoided and maintained distance with me. And i filed sec 420 case against her,her boy friend and her parents in 1st MPM as intentionally and forcibly married her as she expressed her feelings to her boyfriend in phone which was recorded. Already 7 hearings completed and mediation by judge also completed.Now she filed a 498A on 29 Jan 15, Sec 3 & 4 of DP ACt on 29 Jan 15, Maintenance Case and DV Act against me on March 2015 stating that i and my parents looked after well for three days and thereafter we beaten,harrased physicaly and mentally and necked her out on 14 may 14 for additional dowry.Please tell me is it make any sense ..is this comes under any cruelty? Can she file his much false cases at one person??

i file a dv case on behalf of petitioner in cort.
the op want to finish the DVcase quickly.
but my client ( wife) wants to harrash the husband because he wrost her lif . after submitting the DV report ,op requested the court for giving evidence date and its allow .
1) can i file interim maintenance on evidence date which is given by cort .
sir please provide some solution to harash the op because the op( husband) is a really bad person.
please sir reply as early as possible.

i have an query please suggest
my brother's wife file false 498a case against all the family member[ father,mother, my brother(married), me , sister, brother]
police has not arrested us but we are expecting soon (0ne or 2 day(s)even tonight.)
bhabi"s family came with police and they taken away all the list of gift and item they have given at the time of marriage. the day of FIR they seize stuff they had give to my brother who is married.
they have different real issue, the real issue is my brother had a love relationship before marriage so when bhabi come to know she feel something awkward and cheated.
please suggest

Hi, I have just resigned since my employer blocked my internal transfer saying I am their very important resource. They raised their voice and scolded me for applying for internal position. Due to these reasons I resigned, and my manager scolded me again saying I am being unprofessional holding the key position in the company. Though it is mentioned as 1 month notice period in the contract he asked me to extend it to 3 months. Also threatened me that he could write anything bad in my relieving letter.
I do not have any offer in hand, But still I do not want to extend my notice period because I have to make further plans for my career which needs time. Kindly guide me how can I negotiate, and what are the actions I can take for their threatening remarks.

I and my wife have two person in my family. I have no issue. My wife is schizophrenia patient since last 25 yrs.
I have some bank balance and a plot in the name of my wife. I want to prepare will after my death my wife will be the nominee. After her life time my nephew will be the nominee. How I prepare this will as a legal document.
Please advise in the matter.

dear all,
A had some shares individually and jointly with his son B. A also had 4 daughters and one son B. Now A and B both died. C is only son of B (grand son of A). In all account of A, nominee is B. Now C wants to apply for succession certificate for him only.
my query is ?
1- whether he can apply alone for SC without making party of another sisters of his father.
2- whether C and his all bua's got equal share in property.
3- Is there any provision especially for share certificates.

Two degrees at the same time
Sir/Madam,
I am a houesewife.I was out of touch with studies for long but some monthes ago I decided to pursue my studies further.I have complted B.ED and M.A in History in 2010-2011.I did B.ED in regular mode with 1 year duration(2010-2011) and MA History in correspondence from Annamalai University in the year 2009-2011,2 years period.some say its dual degrees and they are not valid.But recently I came across one judgement NASRIN VS STATE OF TAMILNADU.(details attached)

In view of this judgement,can my degrees be considered valid and legal as I have two years of degree in M.A History?I have apperared for the interview recently for central govt and waiting for the result; but not sure if candidature will be accpted due to dual degree.In case its not accepted,can I approach the court?
