Dear Sir,
First I would like to brief about property history from past.
The agricultural land self owned by our ancestor ( great grand father)
After tht , it was given to my grand father ( my moms father ) .
My grand father had 3 sons & 2 daughters including my mom
Now my grand father and grand mother died without making any will after tht the land was shared by 3 sons not giving to my mom
And some acres of land on my grand mothers name
1. So is my mom have right to ask tht land or I have right to ask tht ?
2. Is my mom has right to ask the land on my grand moms name ?
3.If my mom have right in either above 2 cases how to proceed to know the land survey numbers and claiming tht property through court

Hi Team,
I am from UP. I am working in MNC in Delhi. I got married in Aug 2013. Me and my wife were together in Delhi up to 11 months.
In sep 2014 we came to UP to attend my nephew's(sister's son) birthday. I spent some money for that birthday.
(My sister is staying with us, as my sister's husband is not taking care of her). The next day my wife quarreled with me, as I
spent money to my nephews birthday. And she went to her parents house.
I went to their home to bring back her, Then she refused to come with me to Delhi. As my vacation plan got over, I came back to Delhi.
One month later, Her family went to my elders/relatives and saying that, I was left Delhi without taking her.
apart from that they claimed that, me and my family had torture her, did not treated well and I have impotency issue.
I was shocked to hear that, and immediately came to UP.
Then I went to her house, their parent's did not allow me to speak with her. I was forced to come out from their house.
Then I went to the elders. Our elders call their parent's and said, Can we have a meeting to discuss the issue.
Now their parent's are refusing to discuss in front of the elders, and saying that forget whatever they claimed.
Then Our elders ask, why they claimed all the false statements. Send my wife back to reunion.
Now they are saying that my wife is suffering with some health issues, and they will come for discussion later.
Also they said, If anybody comes to their house they will file a case.
Now the situation is that, Neither they are sending my wife back nor discussing with elders.
Due to this, I am unable to concentrate on my job and getting mentally stress.
Please help me to resolve this issue, what I need to do. I have following queries.
1. What is the best way to get back her? (she went home 7 months back)
2. If I send a legal notice for reunion, and if she did not respond to the legal notice, then what I need to do?
3. If I send a legal notice for reunion, If she file 498a/DV, then what I need to do?
3. If she file 498a, I don't want to be continue with her anymore, in this situation can I file divorce?
4. In 6 months, I am expecting a travel from my company to USA. If she filed 498a, is it interrupt me to travel?
5. In following situations which is good idea to send a reunion notice,
. Sending reunion notice now itself?
. Sending reunion notice after she filed 498a?
. Sending reunion notice after 6 months when I reached USA?(I am Expecting to stay there for 1/2 years)
6. If she files 498a when I was in USA. Does police can do something with my job?
Does police can bring back me to India?
If she include my family(mother, brother and sister) members in the case, Is there any way to exempt my family as she never stayed with my family
(After my marriage we were staying separately in Delhi)
can lawyer attend on behalf me to the court If I am in USA?
7. What are all the counter cases, can we file against them for claiming false statements?
8. If I get a call from police to come station, Can I have the right to get the copy of the complaint before going to the station?
9. As I am going to stay in USA for some time, Am I treated as NRI? If so is it good or Bad for me?

My friend is working at central govt PSU organisation. Due to physical assault at office premise he admitted at dept hospital and hospitalized 11 days. He filed the complaint but PSI REFUSE TO LODGE FIR.PSI close the NC and issued endorsement statement that my friend is faulty and told him you can file before court privately.
If my friend is not satisfactory by departmental decision shall he file the case before court privately.
How he can get the permission by department to proceed to file before court.
What are the legal problems

Hello. My husband was just a mediator in between the two... one of his friends yogesh told him about an antique mirror for sale and my husband told about this to another friend rafik.. now yogesh and rafik fixed a deal but they were all brokers in between.. now on the final day a guy who was the agent of the party who wanted to purchase the mirror ran away with token money 41 lakh while bluffing all others... now they all filed a complaint against him and my husband and his friends are in custody for last 10 days... although my husband was just the mediator in between who made upheaval and rafik meet. How can we get bail?? As the process has been extended for last so many days.

Can any organization hold an employee salary if the reporting manager feels that employee performance is not up to the mark that too during his notice period?

I have a flat in a CHS in my wife's name. She is the sole owner. Only her name appears in the share certificate. Am I eligible to become an office bearer in the above-said CHS? As far as I know since I am not an Active Member nor an Associate member, I CANNOT become a member of Managing Committee. What is the legality of it and what will be the negative ramifications of it, if I am coerced into becoming one by the existing managing body ? For instance signing on various society related documents viz. Bank cheques, NOCs, etc...

This matter is related to sealing we file case against mcd to deseal our property the court ordering the mcd to deseal the property after we pay conversion charges and regularse our building but in vishnu garden we cannot rwgularised our building what can we do pls reply me soon

My father's name in Matriculation certificate is Shish Pal Garg but in my graduation certificate its Sishpal garg. so tell me what to do.? is their any affidavit format for that and by whom its will be made by my or by my father?? Plz help me
