Divorce notice received while trial going on for mc & dvc

Dear Experts,

one of my friends' sister marriage was happend with one on 03.03.2006. after marriage groom and her family members starting torture for extra dowry and harrasing her. they blessed with a girl child in feb 2010. their torture was increased due to birth given to girl child. 2 times he was trying to kill her. she could not bear his torture and harrasment she filed a compliant against him under DVC on Dec2013. later she filed MC & DVC case on Jan 2014. till now hearing are going on without any result.
her family was poor and she doesnt have any job to take care of his child. now groom has sent a notice to her for divorce.
i need clarification and your valuable feedback on my queries mentioned below
1) divorce notice issued while the hearings are going on under MC & DVC is valid or not.
2) does she request the court for speedy justice.
3) can she ask for interim maintenance as she unable to maintain her child.
4) what is to be done with divorce notice

How to get possession over successor's property

All the respective members please help to resolve this matter.

Ek Muslim family hai.Father & mother expire ho chuke hain. 2 Son & 5 daughters hai. Sabki marriage ho chuki hai. Father ek double storey makaan chodke gye hain & Papers father ke naam pe hai & papers bade bhai ke paas hai. Dono brothrrs me property ko leke dispute ho gya hai chote bhai ne kabja kar rakha hai & bade bhai ko entry nahi karne de raha hai jabki bade bhai ke articles wahi hai. Sabhi bahne bhi makaan me share chahti hain.
what we can do in this matter to get the possession by other son who dispossess by his brother.

Please give your valuable advice in this matter.

Liability of a donee

Respected legal experts,I received an immovable property through a registered gift deed from my grandfather this year.The property was purchased by my grandfather on notarised papers since registration of property was closed in 1985.I want to sell the same.What if there was a defect in my grandfather's title?Can I be liable for fraud if I sell the property?

Teransfer of property

Hi Sir,

My father expired on last May and I want to transfer his flat to my mothers name pls suggest procedure for the same and any Special authority is required for flat, location is Bhiwandi Taluka.
and Also let me know is it good to make Leave and Licence agreement on My or my mothers name without transfering Property .

application u/s 13B hma by litigant wife

In pursuance to compromise arrived at through mediation centre Distt. Court, An application u/s 13B was filed in terms of compromise /settlement deed. But litigant husband has not fulfilled the compromise terms in second motion and therefore the helpless wife has accordingly not agreed to divorce in second motion. Now what's next? The concerned advocate saying his role is up to second motion....
Does it means her previous cases u/s 9(rcr)dv & crpc125(interim granted) which she had withdrawn pursuance to that compromise deed against husband and compromise settlement deed itself, all are now go wasted�.Under these circumstances What Should litigant wife further hope for from court� Do the court has powers to implement the compromise deed .in to-to , if she pursue further paying advocate .?Please advice in detail

Residence order sec 19,1(d) of pwfdv act

Hi, I have filed a case if Domestic Violence against my husband and sister in laws...i have applied Interim Maintenance, along with Section 19,(1),a,c,d, and 19(2).The court has passed an order for interim maintenance of Rs.3500pm and 19(1)d Restraining the respondents from alienating or disposing off the shared household encumbering the same......But my husband n in laws hv forcefully ousted me my 3 year old baby of the shared household ...they r not allowing me to get inside but they r trying to give the shared household for lease to others....can they do this..what legal step should i take to stop them from giving the house for lease....plz help...the shared household stands in my husbands name...it is not at all an ancestral property....but still my sister in laws want share in that.My next court hearing is in next month last week... Mean while Can i take police assistance in stopping my in laws from putting the shared household on lease....

In all these appeals, the concerned High Courts held that because of amended Section 115 c p c , the revision filed before them was not maintainable, as had an order been passed in favour of the party applying for revision, same would not have finally disposed of the suit or other proceeding.
pl advice -whether revision is to apply in session/high court
can cpc order 1 rule 10 application be applied for making party for forgery in documents
pl suggest appropriate law in cpc
