Dear Experts,
We are dealing in trading of goods. our head office is in delhi. Earlier we made purchases without taking any VAT Registration. We have recenly opened our warehouse in NOIDA and apllied for VAT Registration under UPVAT. However, we have transferred our goods to the warehouse without any formality. What would be the legal implications as per UPVAT.

My case is pending in District consumer forum against a builder. He threatened us and locked the flat and did not allow us to inspect the flat. Now when I have submitted an IA for appointing an Advocate commissioner in consumer forum judge has dismissed the petition and directed the opposite party to handover the keys for verification of the flat. Keys were handed over to me in the court and we have verified the status and found few works pending in the flat. We are going to submit a memo along with photos with all pending works. I have to pay a balance of approx 5 lakhs to the builder but would like to know what other precautions to be taken while taking the possession of the flat in the forum. we have already made a statement that we will take the possession with pending complaint once we are satisfied with the completion status but the opp party counsel made his submissions that the flat keys will be handed over only till the full payment of 5 lakhs is done. The judge is also saying that release the 5 lakhs and take the damages if any once the judgment is finalized. The handover is delayed is delayed by 1 year. how to handle this situation.

One of my relative working in a company was working in a company since 13 months as Trainee Engineer - Sales, now he has resigned and in his resignation letter he is mentioning his designation as Engineer - Sales & Busi Development.While receiving the relieving letter the company is mentioning the same designation "Trainee Engineer" he has requested to re-issue another letter, but co has refused to do so. Pls advise

A resolution passed by the Board of Directors is not proper in law and is not effective. When the defect in the resolution is not procedural then how can we challenge the resolution?

I am living in the zanghar village. Village panchayat has lost village map. Also bharuch DILR does not have this ghabhan patrak so where from I get thi village map (ghabhan patrak)

Unregistered sale deed executed before five years. Vandee was not present. His agent has signed behalf of vandee. Agent does have power of attorney. 21 names was on 7/12. Only 3 persons have signed also they have signed as a power holder. Total signs are 11. When agent has signed in place of vandee that three persons have seen. At that time they does not have raised any objections. Now vandee and his agent has cheated them. So they want to go for FIR on forgery. But they afraid for that any malafied intention will be raised on them by police inspector. Or a police inspector

From the date of Marriage, both my brother and brother wife are not staying in my father house, after the 3rd of their marriage my brother decided to go for nullity, since my brother came to know the Mental Status(suffering from mental illness) of his wife and he got some documents also and she admitted to Nimhans on the same day.
after the Case of was filed, she also attended the case and she sent one legal notice to my borther in that she mentioned we have demanded dowry and luxury car and we have threthend her and so many stories she mentioned, for that my brother not replied.
after all these incidents happend, last year Sep'14, when my father and mother not in station, she along with their relatives they broken the doors of my father house and she is not allowing my parents to enter the house, local polices are helping her and they have accepted the complaint of my parents, she has sold some furnitures in OLX also, she only sent SMS to me informing that i have sold your father furniture in OLX.
Kindly help...us how to evacute her from my father house, since my brother is working in bangalore and he staying bangalore only.

Sir I want to get mutation of my property but i"m facing such problems because my documents are missing vaaris parmaan patra and i also ask for the document in teh. but they have not the record of last years . Sir Please suggest me any way to solve the problem.

Can proposed respondent be allowed to take for inspection of documents
Hi,
I was hearing a matter in a court wherein arguments were going on between the Plaintiff and the Proposed Defendant.
The Plaintiff has filed an amended application to add the Propsoed Defendant as party defendant to the case. The Proposed Defendant had given them a notice to provide inspection of documents which did not materialise. The Proposed Defendant then made an application requesting the court to direct the Plaintiff to provide inspection of documents. The Plaintiff in its reply stated that there is no provision in law which allows a proposed defendant to ask for inspection of documents.
Q: - Can Proposed Defendant ask for inspection of documents and/or request the Court to direct the Plaintiff to provide inspection.
