Sir/ madam. I am staying in West Bengal for last 20 years. My caste falls under sc list of state of west bengal.My father don't have any caste cecertificate of west bengal .I want to make my caste certificate.Is it possible or not. If yes Then what is the procedure. My maternal side all have sc certificate but nothing from patrenal side. Please reply..

I have a plotted House and park my car inside my house.My next door neighbor who has a Gaumukhi corner plot parks his car in front of his gate on the road.As a result of this his car also blocks my gate and I am not able to take out my car from my house till he removes his car.The problem can be very serious in case of emergency.My repeated requests to him to park his car somewhere else since he blocks my gate also has yielded little result.
Pls advise what remedies do I have since this action of the neighbor of blocking my gate is causing daily tension.

D/sir/Madame,
My father was expired and after that my mother takes the charge of properitor as my father has given a adhikaar patra in his liftime to my mother, on basis of that my TIN no. is same as alloted to my father is now ammended on my mothers name. Is the firm continues as it is with all the work experience, turnover and such other credentials. please advice me I really need a positive response for existence of work

Hello Sir,
I gave/lended some money to a person 2 years back. I took one cheque from him at that time along with promisory note. Date is not mentioned on the cheque. Now that person is absconding from me. His mobile number is not available and also I could not get him at his old postal address too. Other than that persons EMAIL address I dont have anything with me now to trace his locality.
1) could you please tell me if I send an email to his personal email address will it serve as legal proof for me in future legal proceedings ? Will it help me in anyway in filing complaint with police/court ? Shall I try this option ?
2) I have one voice conversation recorded/saved in my mobile which was done with that person almost 1 year back . Conversation is related to my money only. Will this recorded/saved voice conversation help me in any way before police and court ?

if someone subletts the plot without permission from midc then what is the penalty imposed and what are the parameters for calculating the penalty ??

Dear All,
I am working in a private Ltd company as an Sr Executive HR and i have got a job in Govt organisation who have asked me to join in 7 days.
I want to know if i resign from my current company and my employer doesnot accept my resignation which is usual in my company then can i join government orgnaisation without any relieving documents as i have not disclosed to them that i am working and it was not required also.
As per my appointment letter i need to serve 3 months notice period and if am not serving it i need to pay off 3 months salary.
Please advise if would face legal implications if i leave organisation whithout their acceptance.

One girl live age is 18 years and 6 months ( showing school TC ). If my friend get marry to her, government ( childher line department ) will stop this marriage or give the permission.

On roof top of a 50 yrs three story house Under the garb of temporary shed a fabricated shed with bath room and tiled flooring and AC fitted room has been constructed without MCD approval. The mounty on the staircase way to to roof is used as kitchen. With water and electricity connection obtained illegally roof where no dwelling space was available is now shown as residential floor.
Is it legally permitted ? In case MCD is helping in the illegal venture how to haul it up for removal of the structure?
Whats is the remedial action available to the other occupants of the building who have been denied access/ facing inconvenience to reach out to their water tanks located at the roof?
An urgent help is required in the matter please.

Can my lawyers ask my estranged wife the following questions.
1- About her extramarital affairs. (She had 4 that I know off).
2- Can I ask her about sending very vulgar and malicious email to her ex boyfriend. She has described very dirty things about her ex boyfriend to her fiancé....so she would leave him.
3- She had abortions with one of them.....can I Ask her in the court in her cross questioning.
4- Can I describe very openly about her characters....she has very bad one.
My local lawyers are saying that we can't ask her personal questions as they are bringing up some Supreme Court ruling that you can't ask a female personal question.
My point is she has filed 498a and other pic sections against me and all of them are lies. Don't I get the chance to tell the court that by doing all this she has done all these things to me.
