I am an official of a Bank. I had asked for information on
i) Whether such LOC was opened on this date and whether adequate margin were taken?
ii) If adequate margin were not taken, whether irregularity report was put up?

The CPIO has denied information on the ground of section 8(1-d)

I a an affected party bcz explanation has been issued in a similar case in respect of another A/c while no explanation in this case

Advocate commission measurement

Sir,
My opponent (victor) filled a petition for final decree in (land partition civil case) district court. But land has 5 separate portion in one survey of 6 acre land in revenue records. Please guide me the following query.

1. Can I give petition to measure the land in portion wise because some places soil down within 2feet rock?
2. Can I file a physical possession relief petition along with?

Lt connection on poramboke land

my friend needs LT connection from tneb for his house as his house is in poramboke land.when he approached the concerned office they said noc from tashildar is must for getting LT connection for domestic purpose.is there any alternate way to get LT connection for the house build in poramboke lands in tamilnadu.

divorce query

Hi..I m male,29 years old married. My wife doesn't want to stay with me as c doesn't lov me anymore. I lov her a lot to settle but in vain. She has filed for reconciliation in court and is calling me for discussion. I doubt she wants this formality to be completed so that after cooling of period she can easily give me divorce. What if I don't attend any dates of reconciliation as I know she is not at all ready for reconciliation.

False claim on property

I have a residential plot in A.P. A person unknown to me sent a legal notice claiming that I entered into an agreement with him to sell my plot by giving me an advance amount. He wants me to register the plot in his name by taking the balance amount.
I never met him, did not take any money and did not enter into any agreement.
What options do I have to handle this kind of false claim? Thanks,

After caught in adultery. .. my wife has left my home and started living in other city... . . ( with her mother , and get financial support from her boy friend, who is married too ) . As she was working woman earlier and now , what will be her responsibility towards our son who is 16 , and resides with me . And due to all these circumstances, he gets depressed and I want to send him abroad for studies . As decided , my wife and I, going to take MCD .. what will be her responsibilities towards our son ( financial and social ) ... plz. Guide me .

Suit for Partition against Co-owner

A & B are co-owners in a joint agricultural land measuring 5 acres. Share of A is 4/5 th, & Share of B is 1/5 th.
B being a co-owner, & without the consent & knowledge of A, got prepared a Site Plan, & sold his whole 1/5 th share of 1 acre, in form of Plots of Shops & Houses, located at different prime locations of the joint property. Not only this, B left no area out of his share for the passages, he actually left for the access of the plots he sold to his vendees.
Many vendees of the B, after getting the sale deeds executed in their names for specific portions of joint property, raised constructions in many different locations of the joint property & started using the passages also to access their plots.
A came to know this whole thing later now, what are the legal options left with A ?
