Want to divorce my wife, written and given to women's police station

I got married on Mar 03 2014 and we lived together for not more than a month. Most of the time my wife doesn't want to live with or having intercourse.

Five or more time she ran away from the matrimonial home and stayed with her mother. most of the times her family member advice her and convince me to live, but that doesn't works too long.

after so long time she quarreled with me and given a written statement in women's police station that "Don't Want to live with me"

Because of her statement I applied for Mutual concern divorce and she replied to that notice that "she doesn't given any written statement and telling that I have forgery her signature with police official and given to court.

To prove I am innocent, I made application to SP of Police department to provide me the copies of written statement give by my wife not to live together under RTI ACT 2005.
Will this be the sufficient evidence for me to prove my innocent??

Will this sufficient for Ground for divorce.. will I get divorce based on her activity and written statement???

Please advice me on this....

Partition of property

Dearexpert,

My mother has one sister. My mother's father have died since long i.e. 1980-81 before marraige of my mother's sister.my mother's sister was got marriage in the joint family of my mother's father i.e. in the year of 1990-91. it is clarified that my mother's father had two brothers. all of them had acquired the 90 acre land in collective manner.after partition of property among brother of my mother's father,my mother's mother have been given the equal share of property( approx 30 acre land and some residential plot).Partion of property had become in the year of 2000-01. all property is in the name of my mother's father.till date all property is in custody of my mother,s mother. my mother's mother has registered a plot of 7 acre land in the name of my mother's sister secretely aaprox one year before i.e. 2014 without any intimation to my mother. these days she (mother's mother) disclosed the fact saying that it has been done due to promise given by her (my mother's mother) on the occasion of marriage of my mother's sister whereas it is not fact. This terms has been created orally in these days My mother's mother favors my mother's sister for the reason unknown may be under presser of my mother's sister. My mother's mother says that partition of remaining land among both sister( my mother and my mother's sister) will be done in equal share without taking into account of 7 acre land which has alreday registered in the name of my mother's sister. Whereas my mother desires to have a equal share taking into account of all land (30 acre) and in all plot. It is mentioned here that the plot which has been registered in the name of my mother's sister is very important plot. My mother wants to have a share in this plot also but my mother's sister not ready for it. Please advise me legally what will be share in favour of my mother in these situation.whether my mother can acquire the share in that plot which has been registered in the name of my mother's sister. My family belongs to Hindu family.

It is mentioned that property was purchased by my mother's father in his name. kindly deliver your advise on the point whether my mother can file a suit for partition in the land which has already been registered in the name of my mother's sister in the year of 2014.

Contempt of court

NGT eastern zone bench passed an order on 19.5.2015 in Original Application No. 321/2013/PB/34/EZ.
"The PCB is directed to issue fresh order strictly in terms of para 35 of the order of the Principal Bench within one
month positively relating to amending of order dt. 3.101997 passed earlier by them."
30 days have crossed but PCB has not passed any order. if contempt is filed and contempt is established what effect it will have on the PCB?Is there any law or rule by which PCB can escape contempt.

The order is attached

have come to know from the news paper that PCB will be going to Supreme court.

Consumer complaint

A consumer complaint has been filed in DCRF.The respondent has furnished written statement in 44 pages and 16 annexures. On receipt, the complainant has found that the mainline documents say (R 8 to 16 ) are clearly forged and respondent story in 44 pages is completely based on those forged documents.
Since the respondent happens to be influential institution both politically and financially. While making complaint the complainant never thought that respondent can stoop to such lower activities. However, now If the complainant simply rebutted the WS in next hearing,it is certain,DCRF will refer to any hand writing expert and in that case it is also certain the report of expert can go favoring OP. Main complaint also revolve around those 'documents'
Under the circumstances, what should complainant choose. Leave the complaint for any wrath of resp (with imposed penalty if any) or fight as a loser?
Please advice as comp.appears in person w/o any adv
