Sir,
My neighbor tenant son and his friend sitting on bike, one is standing, in front of my house on road both are discussing their personal issues/matters daily in the night from 9 o clock to 10 – 11 o clock
Our road is 16 ft. only. New sense is happening to me and I am unable to tolerate.
In these regard I requested both of them to not to stand in my fort of my house for hours of hours and not to discuss anything, and I advised them to sit in there house and discuss the matters.
They are refused and question me who are you to give advice? And do whatever you what to do or go to police station we are least bothered.
In these regard please advise me, what to do and is it I made any wrong

My name in metric certificate is Yoginder Singh alias Varun Yadav. I want to apply for Passport and have address proof with name Varun Yadav. How I can apply for the Passport. Earlier my name was Varun Yadav and got changed to Yoginder Singh. Do not have any proof with name Yoginder Singh. Please help on this.

I got married on Mar 03 2014 and we lived together for not more than a month. Most of the time my wife doesn't want to live with or having intercourse.
Five or more time she ran away from the matrimonial home and stayed with her mother. most of the times her family member advice her and convince me to live, but that doesn't works too long.
after so long time she quarreled with me and given a written statement in women's police station that "Don't Want to live with me"
Because of her statement I applied for Mutual concern divorce and she replied to that notice that "she doesn't given any written statement and telling that I have forgery her signature with police official and given to court.
To prove I am innocent, I made application to SP of Police department to provide me the copies of written statement give by my wife not to live together under RTI ACT 2005.
Will this sufficient for Ground for divorce.. will I get divorce based on her activity and written statement???
Please advice me on this....

My marriage was registered in Dehradun in Mar 2014. Now me and my wife mutually want divorce. Can i file for the same in Ghaziabad court which is my home town. Also i would like to know a good family lawyer who can represent both me and my wife. Also what will be the approximate charges and time.

out of 4 director, two director have wrong intention,
They increase company capital by 30 to 75, but paid-up is still 30.
now they want increase share in only there account.
How to stop increasing share?
Do I need separate company secretary to submit application for stop increasing shares in ROC?
Can we 2 director (out of four) conduct board meet & pass resolution?
Can we 2 director write application to stop increasing share direct ot ROC office?
Please help me urgently

If the Gift Deed is executed today wherein the date of gifting is mentioned as a date 6 months back then can it be registered? Stamp Duty may be paid at todays rate as it is executed today.

We received a property from our uncle through a will. There are three beneficiaries in the will. As per the will, the property is shared as follows between three of us.
Property is 30 x 60, ground floor and first floor constructed building. 1st & 2nd beneficiaries are given the ground floor by dividing it in to half to each (15 x 60) and for me the entire 1st floor (30 x 60). All 3 beneficiaries are willing to sell this property. However, the buyers are valuing only the land since the building is old and has to be demolished and they pay for 30 x 60 only. Now, how to divide the proceeds as per the will. I must get my share as per the will. Please advise.

I was working with a small firm. They did not pay my salary for 3 months as they said it was fund shortage. At the end I was terminated and told that settlment will be done soon.its been 2 months since and I did not receive any money. Still they are saying there is shortage of funds. Plz guide me what can I do in this case.

Hi All,
My dad is running a partnership Firm, the place where business is operated is under pagdi system.
This property was transferred to firm by a tenancy rights agreement in the year 1971,
The rent receipt does not mention our name but name of the firm from whom we purchased
Now my query is, what is the procedure to transfer the rent receipts to our name and is there any payment required to be made to landlord for above and if i sell the property to 3rd person what are the legal issues involved.

Hi I m megha I hv a problem with my date of birth. .my birth certificate mention 13 june 1986 whereas my all other documents have 12 june 1986 as my birth date...coz of these 1 day difference I can not apply for PR file process Of any country ..plz tell me what can I do for this problem. ..your help will be appreciated....
