i am sorting assistant india post joined duty on dtd 11/03/11. i had applied for the post of asst station master in march 2012 through proper channiel. i had completed my probation on 14/04/2013. and i had given main exam on dtd 18/08/13. examinists had to apply for main examination also but from this exam but Railway board decided to accept only one form. rrb accpted pre exam application for main exam. Then now i have been selected asm rrb mumbai. which benifts will i get and what is procedireand my office aithority may accept my technical resignation please gude me properly

I had filed a civil case against my in-laws for unilaterally revoking a valid irrevocable gift deed and have won the case after 5 years.
Does here the cancellation deed of my in-laws account for document fraud/forgery and submitting the same to court APPLY?!Or is it that they with the help of sub-registrar went on in cancelling my gift deed EVEN WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE was right?!...i know sub registrars are not accounted for here!!!
Any possibilities of criminal offence/under what sections?!

10 Months back I have raised the following Question Which is after the Dotted Lines after the below sentences.
(THE PREVIOUS QUESTION IS AT THE END)
I got different replies from our Experts.
Some said that it is possible to reopen a Criminal case which is closed already at "ANY TIME"
1)if we had WON the case and
2)we are not satisfied with the Judgement and
3)that too If we have NOT received any Judgement Copies.
But some said opposite to those statements.
I personally went and enquired about this issue with a Lawyer(s)(2) and they are saying that it is possible to put up a Case in HIGH COURT but court May or May not accept it because already 3 years passed from the date of Judgement.
Is it right..?
IF yes why.?
1)The accused did a crime which still I am facing troubles with it(SEVERE INJURY ON MY FORE HEAD.DEPRESSED FRACTURE.Not yet recovered).
He paid a Fine of only 1000 Rupees and he is out.Why he should not be in a prison as a criminal to this society.
2)Medical Expenses will crosses 80,000/- for Me and the accused have not paid a single rupee for Me
3)Till now I don't have any official copy of the Judgement.I had not receive it till date.
Why It could not be count from the day I received the copy of Judgement..?
(i) FIR WAS BOOKED IN THE YEAR 2007
(ii) I got summons in the YEAR 2012 (WHICH MEANS AT LEAST 4-5 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF FIR BOOKED)
(iii) How can I expect the Judgement soon..?
Why because I got summons from court after 5 years after the case registered in PS,So I expected the judgement may come after some long time..?

THE QUESTION WHICH I ASKED 10 MONTHS BACK

*QUESTION*:
In the year 2007,The days when I am in college one if My classmate beat Me and I got a Depressed Fracture on My Forehead(SERIOUS INJURY).I gave a complaint in the Police Station and the case was booked [UNDER SEC.324] .
After a long period .i.e.; in the year 2012 (MARCH) I got a summons from the District court to attend the case and to give My witness. I gave My witness and there is no judgement on that day and I returned back to Home.
Recently, I came to know that the case is Closed and judgement is that the [IPC Sec.324] on which the accused is booked is changed to [IPC sec.322A] in this case and Culprit was Fined of only Rupees 1000/-.
Even though I Won the Case I am not Satisfied because,the expenditure for the treatment for the fracture which I got on My forehead is already Rs.20,000 and above.
For the operation to that fracture is expected to be atleast 60,000 Rupees which is not done till now.
But the Culprit was fined Only Rs. 1000/- .
So I asked few people whether it is possible to RE-OPEN the case after 2 years from the day of Judgement (MARCH 2012) as I already Won but not satisfied.
But I am not getting a proper Answer.

I had filed for divorce and its still pending +3 years! I want to change my advocate and move the case to High court/Supreme court from district family court hoping for a speedy resolution of the same. What are the procedures if there are possibilities?!

I had filed a case against my mother in-law for unilaterally revoking a Hindu gift deed. I won the case and a judgement order was passed in my favour for the same. She went for an appeal, appeal is accepted and next hearing date is also put up!
My question: Will the judgement order given take effect while appeal is heard or will it be on hold till the appeal hearings are over?!
How do court convey these situations to concerned departments say sub registrar office in my case?!

Respected sir,
Last year my dad passed away after that with in 6 months my only brother register registered relinquishment deed by maKing us ( me and my 2 sisters ) emotional but after that we realised that he had fraud with us so want to know whether we can challenge the deed or not and what are the chances are there to get our property back as it's 3 vs 1 pls help by guiding us

Can we make changes in the registered flat sale agreement ?
I have by-mistakenly entered the wrong flat number in one of the sale agreement, and now it is nearly a year the sale agreement is registered.

withdrawal of case
One of my friend has been taken down in a case of fight amongst some boys but he wasn't involved in it. This case is going on from 2013 and still no judgement is taken on it. All the other accused have left the country. Is it possible that if the complainant is requested to take back the case, my friend will be free of the charges?
or is there any other way that he can be helped?
he is a student and this case is affecting him a lot.
Please experts do reply.
