I have filed a case in court against a man who deceived me by marrying me in spite of his earlier married exists.
Matter is in court yet.
Can i report the matter to National Women Commission also?

The listing agreement provides exemption from obtaining approval of Audit committee for related party transactions between two government companies. MCA vide its notification dated 5th Jun’15 provides exemption from obtaining approval for related party transactions between two government companies.
MCA has granted exemption from section 188 for transactions between two Govt. Companies but not from section 177(4) (iv).
Terms of reference of audit-committee inter-alia includes approval or modifications of all RPTs.
Therefore, above transactions need approval of audit-committee. However, no approval of the board/shareholders will be required, if it does not attract section 188.
Others may express their views on the matter.

Hello sir/madam, I am tenant of 1200 sq. feet room . I have Bombay city civil court consent terms suit with my land lord in 1995 in this suit the land lord give me rights and agree for monthly tenant of 1200 sq. feet and he take some amount and surrender his ownership rights of super-structures standing on demised land and I am give monthly rent (bhada puvati) since 1985 till today. Now builder has taken his property in 2012. Now Builder told me I am not given 1200sq. feet because your room is in SRA. After I am surprised how came my room in SRA. I have separate water connection since 1985, Drainage and sanitary conveniences and it�s not fit in SRA norms� what can i do? What can I do? Please help me� Ravi Kumar ra.vip@live.com

pls advise is Form 15CA and CB is required for remittance of Import Payment for material import, where no TDS is applicable. In Gujarat some banks are strictly asking for the said form to be obtained from CA and file online.

Sir, for a common man to know the procedures of police and court is there any source with understandable minimum explanation ?

Dear all,
this is special case, pls advice
the marriage taken place between prohibited degree in 2010. the husband is wife mothers own sister daughter.
husband and wife parents are own sister. in relationship they are brother and sister.
the marriage is already consummated,they have child. now the husband want to declare marriage as void and null..
1) girl forcefully married the husband treating she will die if he does not marry her.
2) parents force him to marry.
my question .....
is the void and nullity has time limit.
is there any case law on the time limit.

Dear Sirs,
We have our house constructed on plot of land in Grampanchayat limits in Maharashtra, Pune. We have left three foot land behind our building. The people of adjoining building have laid electric cable from our 3 foot vacant land as above without our consent.
Can they do so? If not, what is the remedy available to us.?
Kindly advise.

Respected Sir / madam,
This month 16-6-15 afternoon one bike accident. That bike accident my dad was death. Still now I did not get married. My mother also death last 2011. I was living with my father. I am working at pvt company in Rs.6000/- salary. My dad is retired teacher. Now opposite party don’t have bike Insurance . he is working a pvt engg company and getting salary 25000/- per month.
Questions:
1. How can I claim?
2. Who is responsible to pay claim amount?
3. Government will arrange free lawyer for me ?
4. What can I do now?
5. Court will put in jail to opposite party ( made by accident ) or only fine?
6. If put jail how many years?

Truck driver assaulted my father
Sir,
On 27/6/2015 at 10.30 a.m. one truck driver dash the truck on my father's bike and that driver assaulted my father by iron rod. My father got injured and his nose got fractured.
My father is policemen and we launch compliant against truck driver and police caught him on the same day. As my father's nose was fractured so compliant was registered under Sec. 238.
I want to know what consequences the accused will face after filing this case. Is there any possibility that he will get relief from court by paying fine ?
I need your valuable opinion.
