College not returning my documents

Sub: Need my documents back/ Harassment by college authorities.
After completing my graduation , I took admission in the year 2012 in MCA (Masters Of Computer Application) in a college which comes under Mumbai university. I have paid the full fees of 1st year in advance and had submitted my original documents in that college also but unfortunately after 1st year I was not keeping well (health related issues), and my mother was also diagnosed with severe abdominal infection. In order to take care of her , I had to give time to her. I told my college authorities about this but they were less concerned about all this. I also asked them to give my documents back as I want to discontinue but they did not gave it back. They always gave me false excuses like "no body is there at present in college to take up your issue and all"..."you need to talk to director".. I took my mother to our home place gujarat so that she can recover fast there as things are easy to manage here. I again appeared for entrance exams for PG course and got satisfied score also in the year 2014 but as I don't have my original documents with me . my one year got wasted. Till now I don't have my documents with me (which actually is the property of student). If I don't get my documents this year also , one more year will get wasted. I am in big trouble. Please tell me what to do now and how I can take my documents back from college??

Cross examination query

In a false 498a case, complainant (PW1) cross examination to be done. There is an allegation in FIR about additional dowry demand( DP4) but during the complainant chief examination she has not mentioned anything on additional dowry demand. In the FIR, it is a single liner allegation saying additional dowry was demanded and no other associated incidents with it

Does defense counsel need to cross examine on this additional dowry demand ? or it need not be cross examined since this allegation was not mentioned during chief

What would be the right questions for the defense counsel to counter the false allegation of additional dowry demand.

Please provide your valuable feedback. Thank you !

Ex parte and default

If the opposite party and their counsels deliberatly abstains from hearing / crossing, and asking to set aside decrees on ex parte and default second time and again abstains from evidence-trials, to delay, what is the remedy left to the aggrieved-simply attends court and returns-almost 3 years........

Supreme court judgment on land tax

sir, I come to know that supreme court ordered that paying tax for ancestral agricultural land is not right to become owner of that land. (Example between 2 brothers if first brother managed to get pattadhar pass book and paid tax on his name, shall second one has to leave the property. kindly mail me about that law.

By paying land tax for 22 yrs shall one become owner of that land

Sir, I and my brother have combined property given & registered on the names of both brothers by my father in 1964. In 1993 my brother forced me to sign an informal agreement (not registered) that my share is 81 sq.m house and his share is 2.62 acre agricultural land. Now he managed to get pattadhar pass book for agricultural land and he paid tax from 1993 to 2015. Now he made an agreement of dividing his property to his 3 children and that agreement registered. still house tax is coming on the names of both brothers. By paying land tax for 22 yrs shall my brother become owner of that land.

Section 23(3) of cpc

whether a litigant can invoke section 23(3) of Code of Civil Procedure 1908 to transfer a civil case (matrimonial case) from one subordinate court of a High Court to a subordinate court of another High Court?

Keeping both surname i.e. maiden and husband surname simultaneously

Respected Sirs,
I have seen a query at
http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/forum/Name-change-after-marriage-115506.asp#.VY5Wixuqqko
Query was “My query is, after her surname change can she still use her maiden name for filling forms during her internship period ? Would that still be legal ?”
Please answer the above query, because almost same problem is with my known one. I have seen also query at thread:
1. http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Same-person-dual-name--372731.asp#.VTTIgdKqqko
2.http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/forum/details.asp?mod_id=6796&offset=2#.VSe1ptyUdr0

3. https://deedpolloffice.com/advice/woman-getting-married#use-maiden-name-professionally: Your husband's name, but still use your maiden name professionally
So be kind enough to reply, so confusion may be removed:
Q.1. My query is, after her surname change can she still use her maiden name for filling forms during her internship period ?
Q. 2 Would that still be legal ?”

Q. 3 whether a married woman can keep both surname i.e. 1. maiden surname 2. husband Surname ?
Q. 4. can she give affidavit somewhere (say share were allotted before marriage, and affidavit requires for demateralise them, as there is difference shown in signature) using maiden surname and address before marriage as resident of ; and somewhere (for any other purpose, say property purchased after marriage with husband surname, and at the time of selling it) using husband surname with address of her husband, without deceiving any body?

Thanks in advance with Respect,
