I DON'T HAVE ANY SURNAME IN MY DOCUMENTS, I WANT APPLY FOR A PAN CARD AND THE FORM ISN'T COMPLETE WITHOUT SURNAME.
SO PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT SHOULD I DO?

My friend is getting divorced and is receiving a compensation of 10 lakhs in form of demand draft.So she wants to know that when she deposit the amount in saving bank account, is that amount will be taxable, if yes then how much she need to pay and what is the procedure.
Also, she would like to know that is their any way through which her compensation should not be taxable.

I was in CAG as an auditor for two years ,right now I am in income tax department group c post . May my two years done service in CAG department be added for transfer of inter state charge.

Sir...without my knowledge there is a home loan taken by husband. It was taken in 2008. There after me and my husband are separated. But not divorce. Bank says they r not able to track my husband nd court has passed son final degree. Also the flat has been disposed by the bank. Bank people came home nad said all this issue. .I dont no anything about the loan. Bank said its joint loan. How all this happen I am not aware only. Pls suggest how do I proceed. Its very urgent. Thank u in advance.

i'm prakash from near chennai,
we have the land in 8.5cent,my grandfather put that land with somebody they were in our village for money purpose...my grandfather have three sons...he took totaly from 8,50,000 from the loaner that was in 2007 to 2009 in installments total 8,50,000 for medical treatment purpose.but now my grandfather passed away and my father elder son passed away four years back(2011)...in medical treatment....the loner telling now he is going take our house and land to his custody for the credit...we can't able pay back total amount immedialty but need some time and to pay the total amount in installment dudes with low interest for total amount..

My mother age52 and her married in 1970's, here i have doubt that my mother's mother (my grand mother)having a property Tumkur District Urdiger hobli, Karnataka, is my mother can get or ask equal share in that,
