Sir,
One of our directors wants to execute the Power of Attorney for execution of rent Agreement for its one Company through a registered agreement? if yes, than under what provision he/she can do so and What amount of Stamp paper shall be required for the same?

Hello sir/Madam,
I had done an audit of a bank in the month of april 2015 for FY 2014-15 and I raised the bill of Rs.283000 in may for which i received an amount by RTGS. Bank had deducted TDS and deposited on 31st march,2015.
My query is I had booked this Income for FY 2015-16. But TDS reflected in FY 2014-15.Can i claim TDS for FY 2015-16? what are the consequences?

In ours case :
MR. A is a karta of following :
1. HUF of Grand Father;
2. HUF of Father
3. Own HUF.
Kindly highlight the legal validity of position of Karta in all the above.
Can you please forward relevant Rules, Regulations, Byelaws, Judgement of Court, which bind person to be a karta of more than two HUF, if possible.

Sir,
One of our director have a property amounting Rs.15 Lacs or more, that director wants to give this property on rent to the Company for its business purpose at the lowest price which may be 1100/- per month? What will be legal implications of it if we do so ? any kind or legal action can be taken by any authority?

Original JD died leaving 3 LRs (namely X,Y,Z) during the Execution Proceedings.
One LR X came in possession of the suit property after his death.
Now one LR Z has also died.
My query is that whether can I execute decree against X only (Without impleading the LRs of deceased Z ) ?

Respected Sir,
Initially i had filed a RTI application to DFO, Forest Dept seeking for details of reserve forest in my village.
DFO, Forest Dept has furnished the details of reserve forest and provided the Gezette Notificaton as well. details are below.
Sy.No - 117 , Extent :- 94.82.
further, i had filed a RTI application to Tahsildhar to furnish the details of the above SY.No -117
Here, Tahsildar has provided the details and in ROR it is mentioned as "RallaGutta & Paramboku" means govt land.also there is no gazette notification provided for convertion of forest land .
further, when we see in depth the tahsildhar ahs granted pattadar pass books with an extent of 10 acres ot an inidvidual in the same Sy.No. which is against the land reforms act 1973.
finally it is clear that violation occur and it is against the rules of reserve forest act. as per the rule reserve forest lands do not disturb.
Kindly suggested to handle the above case and to submit a representation to forest and revenue depts for necessary action

I have applied for a fresh passport on 11-05-201 at BAREILLY PSK . The certificate verification was completed on the same day .
On saturday i.e 15-05-2015 police verification was done at my home addresses.
After that 31-05-2015 from L.I.U office officer call me for signature in documents.
i had sign.on documents and go back on my home.
However I have received an SMS on 31-05-2015 at evening saying police has submitted Adverse report for your current address and even the status on the website is displayed as Police Verification Report is not clear and application is under review at Regional Passport Office.
now on date 02-06-15 i have received an sms for SHOW CAUSE NOTICE to you by post and display on website also.
now what i will do?????????????????

Tamilnadu municipality act 1919
I have a question regarding section 137-B in the Municipality Act 1919 (Chennai) for Property Tax.
I have come across two versions of the same and I would like to know which is applicable at present for a building that was assessed in 1996. The Corporation of Chennai has re-assessed the building because they say they lost their e-Governance records. Although the owner provided hard copies of all records since 1963 they would not accept it. No other buildings on the street have been re-assessed.
Please see attachment of the section. One says they can demand upto 3 years of back taxes whereas the other says 6 years. I would like to know which is applicable in this case.
