There are 5 Judgement Debtors (Namely A,B,C,D,E).
A, B, C, D filed their Objections to the Execution Petition. But only A is pursuing the case. B, C, D never appeared after that.
E did not file his objection even after Final Opportunity was given to him by Court.
Later on, Judge rejected objections of all JDs due their non-appearance (except A).
Now E died. Whether his LR's have right to file objections ?

In our co-operating housing society there a person who is not any kind of member. His father is a member. But the son forcibly attends General Body meetings and disrupts the meetings. Once the managing committee even had to hold GB meeting under paid police protection. He creates problems in other manners also. He is a habitual litigant and goes to court at the drop of a hat. Our managing committee wrote to his father requesting the father to restrain him. The letter only contained things he actually did. The letter was placed on the notice board. Now the person has filed a defamation case under IPC: 499 and 500 and the Managing Committee members had to get bail paying Rs.5000/-each. Actually the charges are frivolous and trivial. But it is sufficient to harass the "accused" for years. Is there a quick remedy for this?

In 498A&406 Case filed by my ex-wife there were 13 PW, out which Prosecution examined only 11 PW & dropped 2 PWs, the prosecution along with the counsel requested the court for closure of evidence & evidence was closed.
Earlier Prosecution has requested for closure after only 10 PWs were examined, then the complainant filled an application for calling of 11 PW as they feel it was very vital for just decision of case. Which was agreed by prosecution & Judge also.The PW11 is class fellow of both of us.
But the PW11 said that FIR has been lodged after divorce & no demand was made in front of me as I was told by complainant that demanded were made to her by her inlaws.
Prosecution declared him hostile, to what benefit it will for me.
2) Out of Rest 10 PWs, 4 didnot support Prosecution & all said divorce has taken place before FIR. 2 PW are IO's & rest 4 PW's are lady hereself, father, Uncle & another relative of lady but they are mostly hearsay.
Please advise me what will be the fate of case.
Moreover Judge has asked for my statement U/S 342 on next date of hearing.

Sir i m in defence posted in delhi .home town in lucknow.there was a girl who used to be my friend. Family relations were good .but in course of time situation get worse. That girl was in possesstion of my debit card i have given her when his dad met with an accident. Also she was carrying photos of together when we went to vaishno devi.girl went there without persual of her family. When she called me when she reached surprised but some how i managed.that photograph consisists of normal travelling photos. Even i got married with some other girl.i invited her family.her father and his little bro. Attendend the marriage ceremony.but as the six month time pass that girl along with his family and one inspector start backmailing saying that u have used girl in context of promising for marriange with my girl showing that debit card and photograph. Around 4 years of my marriage has been passed. Now the girl also got marrien wirh sime other guys .even now her parents black mailing us .and one inspector used to visit our house regularly and demanded money.how can i deal with this situation .and how i proceed further plz tell me the way.plz

Dear Sir/madam,
Myself working in defence.we are 3 brothers and 01 sister. Both brothers are elder to me and sister is younger.My brothers got married before 10 years and both the sister in law (Bhabhi) are real sister.That time I was studying in 7th class.After 02 year we were separated. My no.01 elder brother no. 02 brother and then me my father mother sister. We are living in 03 families. Me and my sister both are unmarried and living with mother father. Few days ago no. IInd sister in law (bhabhi) commit suicide .
Plz read following points:-
1. I was on leave .i came for attend a marriage in my relation.but that time my IInd sister in law(bhabhi) was on her parents home. And Ist sister in law on my home.
2.Both the elder brother were in Mumbai for their work.
3.My mother elder sister home distance is about 50 mtr. she is having only a son who is a govt teacher.and his father is a heart patient so after 10th I was living there. Before 04 year I got a job in defence.But when I come for leave mostly time in day I live there and every night (Because of heart patient of my elder uncle (Taau Ji) ).
4.we all three brothers having separate ration card.
5. two days after( attending of marry in my relation by me ) my sister in-law come from her parents house in evening time.
6. At night time when I go for dinner at my home she was making meal.
7. I took my dinner and come back to my elder uncle house for slipping (according to routine ). That time there was no any quarrel.
8. Same night in morning time one call to come my uncle's son from Mumbai. He wake up me. We both run towards my home. We see my IInd sister in law hang herself by saari.
9. We asked to my familymember about this event. My elder sister in law tell us
A) Father mother both are sleeping in a room which is outside of home ( routinely they sleep there)
B) Inside the home Elder sister in law ( with her two female kids) and my sister are sleeping in a room which doors are open because of summer
C) IInd sister in law (who commit suicide) and her female kid are sleeping in Barinda ( a coverd huge area out side of rooms).
D) About 3:30 her kid to come in my elder sister law's room.and tell that where is my mother she is not on her bed)
E) my elder sister in law wake up and see .Barinda light was on that time .she wake up to my younger sister also.Both go there .but she was not on her bed.They move towards her room and knock.but they found it close from inside. They continue shout her name..and continue knocking. My sister go out side and come with my mother father. They also try . when not open door they open the door by screw driver and plier. When open the door they see her..and shocked ..All are weeping.. And my sister call to my brother Mumbai. And he call to my Elder uncle house.
We did not touch any thing and her body. We call to Sarpanch and our relatives,sister in law's parents and police.
All come to my home. Police said that its a suicide. Her parents ask for postmartum and give a application to police for check it without any injustice.Medical report come normal .body was in touch and no internal or outernal hiting.
After 5 days they file a case as IPC 306 ,498.
And give all my family members both brothers me my uncle's son name .They are telling to my elder sister in law to change her speech and give the false statement against of whole family.But she told them that she will not give any wrong and false answer to anyone.So they include her name also. In this current year I go for the home on leave in April or June month only.I don't have any contact with her. Her family are blaming in a wrong way. I not understanding this situation .what I do sir.because I and my mother father and uncle family don't have any issue like financial land with her family and her parents...
What we do...plz help me

I had written emails to my wife in which I made a statement that I am sorry for hitting her and hurting her and the body of the emails clearly shows my efforts to settle our marital dispute. My wife has also made statements showing her intention to settle the dispute if I apologize and stop drinking.She has now submitted the emails in her divorce petition as evidence. Can the emails be dismissed as evidence in court saying that the statements were made without prejudice and to settle the dispute?Does Section 23 of the evidence act cover this?
