Dear sir/madam
I am selected as postal assistant in aska division of odisha circle and i was intimented about it by a letter from postal dept for 2013-14 recruitment. In that letter it was mentioned that i am provisionally selected for that post and my appointment is subjected to successful completion of preappointment formalities like document verification, caste certificate verification, police verification and they also mentioned to produce a good health certificate from chief division medical officer at the time of document verification. I went to my division office on the day they mentioned in that letter and produced all the required documents. My verification procedure took a time period of two months. After successfully verification of all required formalities a letter was issued to me for starting inhouse training at my division headquarter for two weeks from 23-04-2015 to 5-5-2015. During my training period a letter was issued by postal directorate to keep in abeyance on issuing joining and training letter of newly recruited candidates on 27-04-2015. After completion of my inhouse training i came to know about this order and my office did not give me joining. I filled rti to know the reason of abeyance but the reply was its material form is not available. I waited thinking it will be settled but now i see uncertainity in its settlement and no one giving me and all the suffering candidates proper reason behind this abeyance.
Kindly go through the situation and kindly suggest me what legal steps can i take to get my joining and to know the reason of this abeyance and its settlement period.

Sale deed me rasta dikhaya gaya par rasta kisi dusre ki jamin se jati hain aur wah rasta dene ko tyar nahi hain.
Aur mere jamin ka dusra rasta bhi nahi hain.
Mujhe kya karna chahiye aur kaha complain karna chahiye ?

My brother was working in a pvt company for 7 years.
from last six months the company was not giving any salary.Any way my brother was managing his financial problem.Finally he resigned the Job.He also give 1 month notice to the company as per company rules and completed the notice period.The company accepted his resignation but not settle his accounts.His 6 months salary,notice pay salary,Gratuity,Bonus,EL is pending.The company is not taking any interest to pay all the above amounts.
Kindly give me advice whether He will suit a case against his company for settle the above dues & what is the procedure to make labour case against the company.

Hi All,
My grandfather expired on 1993, leaving behind 300 sq yards plot.My uncle too was expired on 2001, his legal hire is his wife. My father and aunty they both entered in agreement to build duplex house and sell the house. Builder has build his portion and sold his share, remaining 150 sq yards is 80% to 90% completed. We would like to prepare legal hire as my late grand father has one son and four daughters, does legal hire vary from state to state, can you please share sample copy of legal hire.

My query is, The lawyer whom we have hired sent a legal notice to opposition party. They have appointed a lawyer from their side and sent a reply notice through him.We need certain clarifications regarding notice(which they have replied).But opposition lawyer stopped communicating with us(not lifting our call/not sending any information in the written form). We don't have oppositions party's contact No.
We are in a little dilemma.What we are supposed to do in this situation?
Please advise me in this regard.

I am working in a psu as a sales promotion employee.but not confirmed for last 4 years.though my probation was increased for 6months by a letter after completing one year probation.even after said extension of 6 months I was not confirmed.in last 4 years I have not received any salary increment.don't you think it as violation of sales promotion act and other labour laws?seeking your opinion to proceed further.

agricultral land 7/12 and registration.
Hello,
We have a property in Bhiwandi,Dist-Thane,Maharashtra.My Father had purchased a agricultural land long time back.At that time many people had bought such land in that particular area however nobody had it legally written from the farmer and they just had it on a paper that this particular land to the concerned person.Now I want to make it legalized by having 7/12 extract and registration.I have seen many people over there have constructed floors of building without having it registered however some with their political connections got the paper work done.I want to construct my own house over there but unlike this people i want it to be legally build.What can be done to have the land registered on my family members name.One thing i think can be done is to consult the person who had sold the land and have the documents ready but considering the current scenario i am afraid he will agree to do it freely.Please guide.
