30 years ago I bought an agricultural plot of land right on the lake side at Warasgaon near Pune as a farmhouse/ holiday plot of one hectare (2.5 acres)
Thereafter the Lavasa project took shape along this very lake and I am seeing that HCC has usurped the entire lakeside claiming it as their property.
To add to it, they have constructed an incomplete DAM across the lake and as a result the water level in the lake has increased and part of my legally owned property is now submerged.
I just cannot understand how this dam (just about a few hundred meters away from my property is this dam)has been built when private individuals own land along the lakeside.
I am afraid that these Lavasa people with their muscle and money power will just take away my land or say it is under water.
What do I do or am I just one more person cheated by big business.
Pls give me your valued advice as I am a senior citizen.

I am a PSU employee. I want to seek legal advice on some office order issued by our Head Quarter. For your convenience, can I attach the scanned copy of those orders for seeking the advice? Will it be misconduct under rules?

Hi,
I am working with a well renowned company of india, as per their terms and condition i have to serve 3 months of notice period but i want to serve only 1 month notice period and ready to pay for my 2 months notice period but they are not accepting and saying that they will not issue relieving letter if i dont serve full 3 months notice period and show me absconding from job and in that case i will not be able to provide relieving letter to my new company and eventually will have have to leave that job too.
Please suggest me.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I married a girl in 2012 without any dowry or property but they took it as advantage and started demanding money immediately after marriage. I refused to give them money hence started scoldings and started telling bad about me to my relatives.
I totally denied her due to her mentality and behaviour. (she was with me for 6 months only after marriage and not Consummate). Now after 2 yrs they filed a false 498a case against me.
They filed 498a case 4 four months back and it is in investigation.
I have filed diverse case in court and it is also in progress.
Now they filed a Maintenance case demanding 35K/month, i spent around 5Lakhs for marriage and i am a private employee and earning around 60K/month.
Do I need give her maintenance as per their case ? If so how much amount i have to give her ? how can i avoid maintenance to her as i did not took any money from them and they have not spent any money for marriage ?
She completed her MBA and not working.

though it is unbelievable bit it is the fact that company never provide any service rule book to any sales promotion employee.
in the appointment letter it is stated that probation can be for six months and he will remain unconfirmed untill and unless informed by a confirmation letter.
but as per form 10 of appointment letter, the job of a sales promotion employee is perenial in nature and on permanent basis.
seeking again your views regarding this.

Police Case now Court Summon
In my previous employment cable TV industry I had filed police case against the rival group in 2009. It has come up for hearing now. My old employers are not bothered inspite of repeated reminders. Can I file an affidavit on the date of hearing that my employers will attend the case since I have left the company. Please advise in detail. Thanks
