25.3.2015 a person commited sucide with whom we had pure business relation
26.03.2015 his wife filed a fir against me (suicide note has been found) police filed against IPC 306
29.05.2015 we applied for Anticipatory bail @ session court (Rejected)
18.06.2015 we applied for Anticipatory bail @ high court (Rejected) reason documents was not proper and IO gave note next day when court have asked.
What to do next ?? HELP
Quashing of FIR (for stay of arrest)
Appeal SC for anticipatory bail
Surrender before magistrate and ask for regular bail

Sir i want to know that without any complaint by concerning Forest officer, only FIR registered by police under section 2,30(kh),9,39,46,49b of wild life protection act 1972 and filed charge sheet is sufficient and legal for the trial?

Dear sir
we have brought one polt in 2002 from some one who but this plot from some one.
actually this plot is in lay out which is developed in 1983 after panchayati approval.
now i wanr this to be do mutation before sell or build house in this site.
But MRO office say this can not be done mutation or get Adangals or ROR 1B.
can you please help how to approch to MRO office get these..
in this lay out plot 90% people built house and staying.
once more thing that for site i can get EC or Market value document form MRO .

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am residence of Dhobhighat, Santacruz East, Mumbai-400055.
Here in our area Naik naware Builders is having planning to develop SRA building.
We have shop of Jewellery which we purchased in July 2004. it was not shop before July 2004 from whom we buy he was residing there.
We have all license , Gumasta license, Commercial light bill etc from July 2004. Every year we renewal Gumasta License till date.
Builder office person are saying that are not going to give us Shop as establishment of shop year is July 2004. if it was till year 2000 then they can give us shop otherwise they agree to give Flats not shop..
What is solutions to resolve this issue. How I can get shop once building is developed as this is my business... I am going to be in huge loss if I get Flat instead of Shop.

Can I present myself as petitioner my affidavit by way of evidences in my next date of hearing in case my advocate fails to come on the date which is likely. Its case of ex parte divorce case.
can I myself sign and give this affidavit to the Judge as a petitioner.?
Secondly, do i need to get this affidavit signed by oath commissioner also?

Sir,
My husband is a central government employee. He asks all money receipts of educational expenditure for claiming children education expenditure from government.
I am getting maintenance for my daughter from my husband though court regularly. I do not want to make my husband rich.
125 CRPC and execution case is pending before the court.
If I did not give all money receipt what can he do against me?
Can he file any petition to suspend maintenance till all money receipt submitted to him?

Sir, my older passport was made according to the dob 13/09/95 . since i was a minor dat time it was made in a bit hurry coz i had to go abroad to my dad. But now since i have passed my 10th and +2 in these passing certificates my dob is 01/03/1997. Passport officers say the want a court order but the difference is below 2 years only ..i have submitted all the required documents regarding change in dob but tbey still ask for court order yet the difference is within 2 years only..sir , please advise me what to do? As its about mah whole career...what shud i do to get my dob changed in a very safe manner??

Contesting exparte divorce, vakalatnama is enough or need poa

I am a NRI saudi resident, married to a hyderabadi girl in 2012, she stayed with me for 3 months and left back to india. I have a baby boy of 2 years and 2 months old living with the wife
my wife filed a divorce petioion in secunderabad family court and summons did not come to our home address and we are unaware of the divorce petition filed by her.
After the exparte divorce happened, my wife father sent the news paper publication cutting and a letter from the advocate stating to attend the court date otherwise
it would be exparte decision. Now I asked my advocate to "set a side" application for the exparte divorce, my advocate is asking to sent the POA to my father and
he will file a affidavit and represent my father on my behalf. I told him i will sent vakalatname, he said it does not work out and he need POA only.
Please guide me
1. If vakalatnama is enough or not ?
2. Do I have to send a POA to my father. I am afraid if the illaws forces my father to misuse the POA.
3. If Yes Q 2 then I would like to send a special power of attorney, Please give me format and content of Special POA in contesting a exparte divorce.
4. Should the POA is to be on bond paper and duly attested by Indian Consulate in Saudi Arabia or can it be on plain paper.
5. If we attest the vakalatnama from Indian consulate will that work ? Is it possible that vakalatnama can be attested.
Please advice I need the help very badly...
