We have a property which is used by my elder brother n sister.that property was purchased by my money and we have taken loan also in that property which is running on. The property is having 1st my mother and 2Nd holder as me. Now I have being separated as my mother Expired and then issues started in our family. I have a son and wife we are staying separate. Now my elder brother and sister who are staying in my property are not ready to give my share in property. So kindly advice me what I can do legally as I m second holder and my mother 1st holder has being expired and the property is in loan by a bank.

Sir our neighbors have fired a case in the name of my family including me relating to land and fighting . at that time I'm 17 yr old . sir my question is will it posed a problem in my career while taking govt. Job and UPSC

Hi , I have small query . I am onwer for one of the apartment . I didn't pay one month maintence , while vacting the flat aprt association members have locked the main gate , do they have the right to close it . and the association members have not shared the bills and expenditure report till now ,it has been almost a year . can I file a case against them? Please advice . my committee is registered under 1960 act

In my this matter 1 defendant is expired now I want to take out chamber summons to bring legal hires on record.

Hi,
I got my Pan card in 2003. The date of birth on that card is wrong. I never bothered to get it changed since then.
Now when I am applying for loan I face some problems as date of birth does not match with my other documents.
So i have decided to get my Date of Birth changed. The problem is that I dont know how this date of birth got on my card. I am a bit nervous now as I remember I get this card made by the people sitting outside Bus Stands etc. I dont even remember that guy now. What if he misused my documents. I dont even remember what documents I gave back then.
This may also be an error. But I am nervous as I have recently read reports of Fake PAN cards racket.
I have all the documents and everything. And all are genuine. Nothing is fake. Even this Pan Card I have been using for so many years. Will change of DOB be a problem.
I should have got it corrected when I got that PAN card. But Now its too late to regret. Please advice what should I do.
I am nervous that this may come and bite me. I have all the documents that are needed by IT dept for Verification.

The wife of my cousin brother has made false allegation on my whole family that we are encouraging his husband to beat him for dowery. We r from a reputed family and govt servents too. We don't have any relation with case and we have been taken into this case for money only...in fact I can prove that on a one particular date(for which she has complaint that I was encouraging her husband to beat him) I was not in the city. But what is about my rest family members I have two younger brother and father who has named in the FIR. What is relief for us.

Sir I am awaiting my mutual consent divorce judgement this month. My age is 29yrs. I have a single girl child age 1.5yrs. I am seeking sole child custody from my spouse. Being a mother and my husband being mentally unstable and abusive can I win case in my favor without even giving visitation rights to my spouse? I am seeking separation on the grounds of physical and mental torture by spouse and his family demanding money. My spouse is proven case of mental illness which his family hid from me. But I hav not mentioned this I my petition. I also want to know what are the legal clauses to be amended with my divorce case in connection with my child and what are the scope of any issues arising in future for my child with regard to the custody issue. Should I make some preventive amendments when signing for the final divorce papers because neither am I willing to contact this person in future for any purpose nor would I want my child to. Please note that I reside abroad n my spouse in Chennai. I left abroad when I was pregnant with this child and myself and my child have never seen him since then. Thanks for helping.

Dear Sir,
I am Prasad from Bangalore. Yesterday night some goons ( 10-12 people) threatened my friend. In this regard we went police station to lodge compliant against them.my friend is north indian and he doesn't know kannada. So, I was explaining the whole matter. Suddenly SI asked me since how long he is working in Karnataka. So when I asked same question with my friend in Hindi. Suddenly he started shout at my friend saying that "you are working since four year in Karnataka still why can't you learn and speak". After that he turned towards me and shouted at me by saying " like you people are giving ass to fuck these Hindi people". I felt humilated infront of all. My individual dignity effected by this statement.
Could you please tell me how can I forward take action against SI. What's the legal remedy for this. I want to take this case forward because I believe in unity in diversity And apart from language region and language we are Indian. Please guide me.

Dear Sir,I have an ancestral property in my native place which is in the name of my grandfather.. both Grand parents as well as my parents also passed away. My grandpa had two childrens one was my deceased father and another younger sister of my father who is surviving .. now I want to transfer that property ownership to my name.. is there any provision that I can transfer ownership directly to my name on production of death certificates of decreased parties..I was suggested that first ownership has to be transferred to my father name and then to my name.. please suggest me an appropriate solution. I want to retain my ancestral legacy...
