Dear sir/mam;
My No.2 sister in law commit suicide. We are 3 brothers .Both my elder are married and their wives are real sister.
We are not in joint family. We separate since 10 years ( state Ration card separate ).And now my mother father and sister are depended on me after getting job by me in Defence ( Indian air force) .I have depended card for all three people which are provide by service. So how can they ( sister in law's parent family) bame on us under IPC 498A & 306?

My client mentioned different extent of property inherited from ancestor differently in 2 sales deed executed executed by him. The first one was wrong and second one is correct.
Now we are contesting for declaration suit. Defendant is consisting based on the inconsistency in the different sale deed by plaintiff.
I am planning to argue saying that when there is a inconsistency in two documents, the fact mentioned in latest documents will override? do I need to be aware of any other issues on this.

I filed a case against my wife u/s.9 of Hindu marriage act in the month of April 2015.
3 dates have been passed but wife is not appearing in the court.
I want to file an ex-parte application for this issue.
Anyone please provide me the format of Ex-parte application which I can file before the family court in order to get decree in RCR petition.
Please provide the format.

Dear Sir,
I wish to inform you that when I was doing job in Out of India and my wife had transferred her family property which her parents had written in her name at the time of her marriage with me, which she had transferred her brother's name without my knowledge and willingness. Her brother is serving in Indian Military. When I asked to my brother in Low, he said that you are not an able man that is why we did not ask you. When I asked my wife why you are not asked me while transferring the property to your brother. She said that the property is mine that is why I don't want to take your permission.
I am working in a private firm in Ahmedabad and I have one son.
Please advise me can I file a complaint in the Kerala Civil Court. If I do so, what will be result. My son is going to complete 18 years old.

Our family had done distribution of property by mutual understanding 13 years ago.But we had done that on plain paper which contain sign of all family member and 2 witness also. But now can any one take action or can any one appeal in court for redistribution of property

Respected members,if there is a DV n 498 case going on in local court as a complaint case,can police register an FIR and investigation if girl's side goes to police station and registers DV and 498 to police?is this not contempt of court?

Ancestral property
Hi,
There is my grandmother's property...( My mother's mother) in AURANGABAD... My grandmother and my mother are no more.
My grand mother had three children
Two sons and my mother
Elder son is still alive and second son and my mother are dead.
In this event how much right do I have in the property....elder son wants the entire property claiming he is the only son alive....And hence has the entire right in the property.
Please advise in this matter
