NBW was issued by Judge against my opponent in a case. My lawyer says it my own responsibility to see service of the same accompanying police on my own expenses. It is cheque bounce case. Pl.suggest.

Respected Helpful Members and True Jurists,
Is there any rule regarding duration of RESERVING JUDGMENTS for the Hon'ble High Courts ?
What can be such maximum duration ?
If not even, what is left with an applicant to get the JUDGMENT delivered after 15 days?
Kindly guide if you please.

matter is crop compensation to land owner.we do issue cheques to concerned owner and take his written statement on 100 rs bond paper that he is genuine owner of compensation and if other persons on same 7/12 extract prove their legal claim then beneficial person is sole responsible for the same and he liable to sue as per ipc 199,196(2) etc..

I have applied in an all india level exam in 2013,when delhi jat has only state level reservation of obc,i marked my category as obc ,while filling the form and interviews of the said examination were conducted in december 2014 ,so at that tym we got the centralised obc certificate made ,as jats got central obc status in march2014, and during verification of documents in interview dey have submitted my obc central level certificate and said dat it is valid,as it is mentioned clearly in their advertisement notification dat central level obc certificate dated before interview date is acceptable,and it is no where mentioned about obc status of central level at the time of filling applicatn form,...and in final result i got d appointment ,so sir my questn is that if the examining authority does not hve any problem in dat obc certificate ,will dey refuse appointment to me ,and the final result was declared in jan2015,i.e before sc has quashed obc reservatn for jats...plz clarify dat whether appointed authority will hve any problem in it,bcoz dey will again verify documents before issuing joining letter,so sir or will dey raise any objection about ??

Dear Expert,
I have applied for Patta Name transfer.
I was given to understand that there is difference in land area.
Old Patta Vs Proposed new patta Less by 0.8 Ares due to some error in the old records.
However, Issuing authority informed that they will provide the FMB Sketch as per Regd Documents and actual available physically. Can we accept?
If not, what we shall do.. Thanks for your advice/guidance.

Me n my wife are married for past 2 years and have a son who is 1.5 yrs old....Due to some petty fight between my mother and wife she has left my house since past 6 mnths and not yet returned and filed a case of 125c mainatnace charges,we are ready to accept her but she doesnt want to come back.....is she eligible for 125c section if she left on her own ....and how can i fight against this????

in a suit for specific performance for an agreement of sale signature admitted by the Lrs.saying but that is for advancement of money notfor selling the land. as the executor died and Lrs. brought on record.and ready to pay certain amount . in the written statement and in chief affidavit they are admitted the Signature.unfortunately due to unavoidable circumstances the scribe and witnesses are not able to come to the court to give the evidence on behalf of the plaintiff.Even for the Defendant only Lr.has been examined and chief affidavit filed by her (Lr) also denied in the court.in this circumstances esteemed experts may give suitable advice on this.Thanq in advance.

Harassment of a girl through phone from an old psycho "friend"
I have a friend who is been constantly mentally harassed by an old college mate.He has the possession of the numbers of her family numbers and is blackmailing her into talking to her all the time . He has cooked up stories about her being in a relationship with him. From what I understand he has "imagined" that he has been in a relationship with her. He is currently forcing her to get in a marriage with her. He has threatened that he would call up her aged parents and sisters and other relatives and defame her.He has once tried to cut his hand for silly reasons . How much ever she tries to keep away he comes back. He has also said he knows the address of the office , and he can come and defame her in office as well. He once talked about the usage of acid in an indirect way. He is currently in a different location as of now.
He was friend who turned into this "psycho".
How can she solve this menace permanently ?
