Sir recently in Bihar my caste(tanti) get included into sc category, earlier it was in obc category. Can I apply in sc category in forth coming examinations of ibps and ssc? I am confused becz it was done by state govt. But in central list my caste is still in obc category.what should I do caste certifate to ek hi category ka banega na? Aisa to nahi ho sakta ki central government job k liye obc certificate produce kare aur state government k liye sc certificate??

dear sir,
we have purchase flat at ahmedabad 1987 at that time our flat association are register with register number at ahmedabad.
we have received with pegesion letter by not builder but one of certificate issue by chairman/vise chairman in our association letter pad at that time builder was not issue share certificate.
how to issue share certificate any sources our builder say we are not issue share certificate not given proper answer and secretary are not issue duplicate share now can it approach to registrar office ? and what is processor for issue share certificate is registrar office can help to us.

I was born on 23/01/1989, at civil hospital,sirsa (haryana).
But my birth was not registered at that time.
Now i stay at delhi
I need my birth certificate.
how can i get it???
tell me the actions I need to take...

ex-parte decree passed in my favour in a money summary suit. Even u/s 138 of NI Act proceeding continues against same opponent. After 20 months of Ex-parte decree, an application is filed by the deft.u/o 9 R 13 for delay condone and is allowed by the court. My advocate suggests to move high court stating application could be filed only upto 30 days of the decree. High Court expenses are high.
should I move high court or accept delay condone and let the matter move. kindly guide.

Mai ek taxation firm me 1.5 year se work kar raha hun jahan mai income tax, sale tax,service tax dekhta hun hai mera sawaal hai meri llb persantage kam hone ke karan nahi ho payi mai chahta hun accounts taxation me work karna mai kis tarah se work karun maine m.com kiya hai.......aage job karun ya self work please suggest me

107 case has been registered on both the parties . First party using land for 30 yrs and is given by the ancestor of 2nd party in the presence of villager. and 2nd party claming that land to be their.2nd party demolished the boundary wall.so first party complained it to police station. After investigation 107 was registered on both the parties . So how to solve this problem.i m representative from first party.

I purchased a property from in ghaziabad in the year 2011.
While executing sale deed in my favor it was clearly mentioned that property is free from home loan etc.
But the very next day, i came to know that property was mortgaged with bank.
That seller is paying the EMIs but not paying O/s in one shot.
Can i file complaint in court in police?

Sir case in cour.ans status of court-abscander & arrest warrent is issued but party not arrested N farar. what solution of ccancellation of warrent ???? Any stay mil sakta hai kya kyuke party ne insolvrncy act mai petition laga de hai.please advised on this situation

Dear Experts Sirs, please help me. I am in a big dilemma. I am doing LLB. Now, I have got a government job. Can I do government job and also pursue LLB or I have to give up one as both are regular. I have already checked with my college. They says that if I am doing job and not able to attend class, then my attendance will be short and I have to pay some fine amount for shortage of attendance and then can write exams. No other problem with university.
But, in job, will there be any problem as both are regular? One more thing, I am already doing LLB and job is later.please suggest. I am very worried.
