Can I approach Labour Court for this?:
Please read this completely as a case of harassment, torture and illegal termination of me from Amazon today.
I'll tell you the whole story.
See I've Joined Amazon on 25 August, 2015 as a CS Associate. I've to take e-mail and reply to customers on what query they contact us.
Since I joined Amazon I have escalated many issues to my leadership teams, ops, and even Jeff.
Since then I've been on eyes on many managers and ops because as soon as they do something wrong I was the one escalating it to the appropriate department.
My latest issue on going on at Amazon was, I'd submitted an idea which can reduce customer contact for about 260k contact which was submitted by me and credit was given to others from Seattle.
One more issue or concern I raised here was regarding the transport policy. The Amazon policy clearly states that we don't run shuttle for transport and Amazon only picks employee from home and drop them to home.
But here they are making us to travel 3 kilometres and sit in a shuttle which is against Amazon Policy,
And Today I surprised to see that I was called by my HR and they asked me to either resign or they'll terminate me.
The reason they gave me for termination is that I've not handled certain contacts as per policy.
Here at Amazon, there is a protocol which is to call the employee when evel he does wrong thing on contact and coach him on the same, to my surprise I was not even called and not even given a warning and directly asked me to resign or terminate.
They didn't even allow me to see those contact on which I did mistakes(as per them), and even if I did, those would be some silly mistakes done by every agent handling customers contact (I guarantee you on this) and you may also me knowing that we are humans and out of 100 contacts we handle, some may have been misunderstood by us.
I told HR to give me a time of 2 days to look around the situation, on which she says that she cant invest more time on me.(Really I invest about 11 month at Amazon, not just for Salary).
There is whole lot more to this, I was asked to resign or terminate.
Please ask me any information you need, as there is a lot more to this issue which I can't write.
I've been hand-picked for termination without warning, coaching by Anjali Yadav (HR), Parama Specially(OPS MANAGER), Anil Kumar(My Manager) because I've earlier raised escalations on them.
I'm not concerned about my job, but have a concern about other employees who would face the same issue of being exploited on personal ground which definitely is not Amazon culture for which I'm proud of.
Can I approach Labour Court for this and demand investigation on this?

hello expert, i purchased a Smarat phone of micromax company about 4 month ago but now it have a problem automatically switched off and on..and even when i called to some one it off and on...please advice me if i go to consumer form to file a case or first i give a legal notice to company please reply as soon s possible.

On 2014 I make a love marriage with full rituals & permission of Hindu family. Now I facing problem from my wife. She demand me costly gadgets, repeated vacation & I can't afford that. Now she demand to buy a high level touch screen smart phone as her both phone not working properly. Currently my business not going well & Can't afford that so I ask her to buy a new duel SIM phone but she denies. She facing very disturbing to cook diner only. My mother cooks lunch & other. She denies to maintain any basic hygiene during cooking & when my mother tell that he really argue with her with hard ward.
She continuously tells me & my mother as "Selfish, monkey, son of bitch" etc. I front of her father she tells us "Bogus family". Me & my mother both wash own cloth. She leave from home for hours without informing us repeatedly. Now She started to bitten me & throwing articles to me.
She repeatedly threaten us as her father works on Calcutta High court.
As my business not going well, I tried a job, I got one in another state but she reject to go with me.
I want divorce what can I do ?

My grandfather has self acquired property situated in 4 villages covered by many survey numbers, In 1975 he executed registered WILL in favour of 1st wife son (1/3rd share), 2nd wife son (1/3rd), and 2nd wife (1/3rd) simply without specifying the exact land for whom which land belongs along with metes and bounds. WILL got attested by three attestors namely 1st attestor is the 2nd wife, and another two are neighbours and my grandfather demised in the year 1981, At present all the attestors died including my grandfather second wife also except 2nd wife son (one of the beneficiary).
In 1993 the 2nd wife executed WILL to her grandson of her share (1/3rd ), in that she wrote high value properties to her grandson (where her husband has not mentioned any specified property to her in the before WILL.
QUestion:-
1) WILL executed without survey numbers and specification of metes and bounds, so is this WILL is valid?
2) one of the Beneficiary of the WILL (2nd wife) being attestor, so is this WILL can be challenged to be invalid, that it was made by undue influence, coercion of the beneficaiary? what will be the probabllity of getting WILL cancelled in this case?
3) Is there any limitation for WILL to be challenged within specific period of time?
4) Is 1993 WILL can be challenged because she mentioned properties in favour of her grandson which was not specified by her husband in the before WILL?
5) According to Hindu Succession ACT Can second wife share of properties can be devolved upon first wife childrens along with her own childrens (where the property came to her by her husband, when husband died intestate.

Magistrate has issued bailable warrant against our two witnesses. Do we have to present before the court on the fixed date or before that. In either case how do we deal with police if they come for arrest.

In my this matter I have send written complaint along with voice call conversation recoded CD to Home Ministry, Commissioner of Police, D. C. P. , A. C. P. & Senior Inspector of Police Station against my opposite party for threatening me instead of clearing my dues for supplied material to them on calling him he say if you want payment come to police station, but police didn't take any action against him except record their statement and they have accepted their liability towards my company and also handed over bundle of cheques to I. O. For very tiny amount on monthly basis payment which will take ages to clear the dues. I. O. Also tried force on me to accept the cheques and submit the reply but I refused by saying that for recovery of dues I will go for separate summary suit and I want justice and penalise him for threatening me and damage my dignity after this occasion I have filled one more application to register the F I R against him but police is not cooperating. Now my query is what should I do to get F I R register against him if police do not cooperate.

Challenge Gift Deed
Hello,
My grandmother gifted a portion of a property to my chachi and bua in 2011 which was already in their possession. Remaining portion she made a will in favour of my another chacha who was also given possession in 2014.
She passed away two months back. Can we successfully challenge the registered gift deed and get it cancelled through high court ?
