Sir,my grand father died in 2011..he had a flat and agriculture form on his name..he have a 2 son.my father have a second wife and have a two childrens with her. My father changed a grandfathers name on property to his name..can i clailm to get my grandfathers property ??

As per my understanding
Public Liability insurance Act:-Where death or injury to any person (other than a workman) or damage to any property has resulted from an accident, the owner shall-be liable to give such relief as is specified in Schedule for such death, injury or damage.
EAR(Erection All Risks) Policy:- This insurance covers all types of risks involved in the erection of machinery, plant and steel structures of any kind, as well third-party claims in respect of property damage or bodily-injury arising in connection with the execution of an erection project.
Can Anyone Explain the detail difference between above Policies?

One of my relatives have adopted a Female child for three years (RS. 20 stamp paper written but now that original stamp paper missed but they have only Xerox Copy). with in relation in that duration the original parents both deceased. Now that child with my relatives only. That child born in Mysore, Karnataka the adopted parents lives in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Now they only take care but now they want to obtain the birth certificate for school purpose and others purpose birth certificate is very essential documents. please is there any other procedure to get birth certificate/ any other document to use for required purpose. from where they have to get.

Dear Sir/madam,
Kindly, let me know that there is my first name, middle name and last name in my only professional qualification certificate whereas it is my first and middle name in all documents i.e., class 10th certificate, voter card, PAN and DL etc.
If there comes any problem in future due to mismatching of the name as in other documents and name in professional certificate, can an affidavit or other will do resolve the mismatch (I am working in ,and will be working in private sector ).
If I get complete name added with last name in voter card, PAN and DL etc, except in 10th & graduation certificate, will it work good in this regard.

I got married in nov 2014 after only one month of my marriage my husband has beaten me like a animal and throw me out frm home....i have not filed any FIR neither done any MLC but i m having the strong proof against him.....my parents were approaching him since 6 month but he refused to take me back at home...i dont want divorce frm him as he is presserrasing me for that neither i don want a SINGLE NEW paisa frm him.
I only want justise for his misbehaving and making my life hell...
Pls suggest me is this possible or will i get the justice....i want only punishment for him from hounrable court.
Plz auggest how can i proceed furthur

Mother belongs to category - I/ OBC. Father belongs to General Category/Brahmin.
what will be the caste of the daughter born to them?
Can the child avail caste benefits if the child decides to take the mothers caste for herself.

Hi,
I need your advice on getting US Visa if 498a case against me is in progress.
I am planning to apply for US Business visa for some business visit for 15 days,
there is a false 498a case filed against me by my wife.
498a case filed 4 months ago and it is in progress, no charge sheet filed yet.
Please advice me if there will be any problem in getting visa due to this case.

Without notice period resignation
I am working in pharmaceutical company and practices as H.R. Our company have rule/ mentioned in appointment letter that every employee must to serve month notice at the time resignation/termination, & the services of a confirmed employee of any category are liable to be terminated by either party by giving one month's notice or payment/debit of one month's salary on either side. If any employee given resignation without one month notice period than as per labor law what salary we can deduct from his full & final settlement as compensation; one month gross salary or one month basic salary???. Please give me a answer.
