In a case in april 19, 2015 (498A/294/323/506/34)
in last May 2015 i got interim anticipatory bail from high court but, last week it was cancelled.
below is the honorable high court s direction.
"Considering the submissions and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., in the aforesaid case and filing application for bail, the learned court below would do well to dispose of the bail application in course of the day keeping in view the parity, if any, in the case of other co-accused person released on bail"
I need experts opinion and suggestion for next step of action to minimize the harm to us of a false dowry case.

Dear Sir/Madam,
here asking for to know land tribunal commitee, because there is in tumkur including AC there is 4 members of Tribunal commitee to decide land issue, for that here i want to know their rights and power.
Because in my Grandmother ( Inam land ) case they are going to share all parties ( my Grand mother/ Tenant/ land lord) equaly and they are not seeing whether they have rights or not on the property.

I have given 20days notice period to my company but as per my appointment letter i liable to give one month notice or salary in lieu in notice if i give my one month salary is still my company has right to hold my gratuity, bonus, and leave encashment please help

the seller has supplied the goods to the buyer. the buyer has received them but not paid for them.
Apart from the remedy available under Sec 55 of the sale of goods act where the seller can sue the buyer for non payment can the seller also demand back the goods so supplied

DEAR EXPERTS,
I Have Filled A Case Challanging My Transfer On Promotion And That Para Of Policy Which Mandate To Transfer A Person On Promotion Outside. But Cat, High Court Dismissed The Petitons Simply On The Basis That On Transfer Their Is Limited Judicial Review. Then I Filled An SLP In Supreme Court. Meanwhile Now Before Supreme Court Hearing Today, Tomorrow I Inspect The Policy File In Which I Came To Know That Policy Is Not Approved By Comepetent Authority. I Raised That Ground In Supreme Court But Honble Court Refused To Accept That Ground Because The Same Has Not Been Raised Before High Court, And Dissmissed My Slp.
Now Please Guide...Can I Go Again To High Court Or Cat With Fresh Case On This Ground That Policy On Which Tansfer On Promotion Is Mandatory Is Not Approved?

Hello,
My grandmother gifted a portion of a property to my chachi and bua in 2011 which was already in their possession. Remaining portion she made a will in favour of my another chacha who was also given possession in 2014.
She passed away two months back. Can we successfully challenge the registered gift deed and get it cancelled through high court ?
We are Sunni Muslims.

I took an educational loan from SBT in 2007. Because of unemployment I couldn't pay the amount regularly, so the bank transferred the debt to Reliance ARC on jun 2015. what will be their next action?. can I have an option to pay by instalment? . loan period is 12 years after completion of the course. course was completed in 2011. please give me a reply.

We have a piece of land (Devasthan inam) at dapoli dist. my grandfather had given this land on lease to a person, he died after this his wife's name came to 7/12 in column iter hakk. After her death her daughter's name are written on 7/12. I heard that these entries are illegal because land is devasthan inam and 32G is not applicable to this land I want remove these name from 7/12 Please advise

Regarding driver license

I have a unique query for one of my friend regarding his driver license.
As of Aug-15 my friends commercial driving license issued by a RTO in Mumbai.
However he has been working and driving a four wheeler in Delhi for the last 2 years.
Now as his driver's license is to expire he needs to go back to Mumbai to renew it every time.
My query is can he apply for a fresh driver's license in New Delhi RTO.
If so what is the procedure of obtaining a fresh license.
Also he would like to maintain his Mumbai commercial driving license.Is it legally possible as the license that he will be applying in RTO Delhi will be for a private vehicle & not commercial.
Please resolve my query.
