I filled ITR-4S for one of my client ay 2014-15 in November 2014 and TDS claimed recieved may 2015 Rs. 11220 with interest.
Now, few transaction has been put by Muncipal Committee and unclaimed TDS amount shows for same AY 2014-15.
Details are here:- MC shows now billing of Rs. 38 lac app. and TDS Rs. 26790
Earlier while filled ITR it was Rs. 10.70 lac and TDS Rs. 10788(recieved tds also).
NOW, TRACES 26AS shows Billing amount Rs. 26 Lac app. and TDS Rs. 26220
How can claim rest of the TDS?
How will show billing amount and rds claim?
Please help.

Respected sir,
Facts:
In 2009 person has joined degree course , during final year of graduation.
he has joined to another course parallely. He successfully completed both degrees ( both are regular courses).
Now he is working and earning based on first degree.
Please suggest the legality of first degree?

Dear Sir/Madam,
here asking for to know land tribunal commitee, because there is in tumkur including AC there is 4 members of Tribunal commitee members to decide land issue, for that here i want to know their rights and power.
Because in my Grandmother ( Inam land ) case they are going to share all parties ( my Grand mother/ Tenant/ land lord) equaly and they are not seeing whether they have rights or not on the property.
already i consult local lawyer sir, he told if Tenant or land lord have rights then they can take, Also he told as per his knowledge by verifying the related documents he told they dont have rights on this.
But here that land tribunal commitee members going to share all Parties equaly and this are all doing only because they are in case from past 45years, Now tell me is it lawfull.
Ok we will agree for that also but we need one good value thats it..
Here i want to know is what ever decision Tribunal commitee will take is it will be final or is we have any option to challenge this matter in high court.

In a state vs accused case, will defence witness cross examined by prosecuting officer or by the counsel of the lady who has written the complain.
If he (counsel of complainant) can then please advise what will role of Prosecuting officer.
If not then please, please give some judgement/citation , as it is the counsel of complainant who is always appearing & arguing on behalf of complainant.

Sir is there any limit of medical leave in private sector. I m working in rudrapur...uttarakhand private sector. I have 8 month medical certificate but my company hr says u can't join company with 8 month of medical certificate again.what is the law regarding medical leave and why are they rejecting my medical certificate. Is there any mistakes from my side.i have 8 month medical certificate

I am staying in a home for past 10 months and now i want to shift. When i asked the same to my landlord she says that 2 months of notice must be given as per the rules and if you want to leave, then i will be deducting the rents to 2 months with Rs. 11000 of painting cost.
The deposit which we paid was Rs. 25000, if she deducts 2 months of rent i.e., 7000 per month, and Rs.11000 of maintenance cost, we get nil balance.
The main thing is, she didn't make us the rental agreement.
Please help me in what i should do next.

my grandfathers property has been accquired by my aunt(bua) in her name without informing my father and now she n my uncle(chachu) is also in her side.
can me or my father suite a case on her.
did we got our share on that property.

dear sir am manimaran from pondicherry. i married on 23/01/14. after 3 month she(shiela) created the problem form to my mother. she say to me i am going to my own twon for some days(on time she was conceive) ok. i am agreed and sent her to his house for to take rest. after one week i got call from shiela sister, she said to me shiela was admitted to hospital for heavy stomach pain that day was sunday. i went there shiela home town, i called to her sister she said we to return hospital to home.
in hospital they scanned the stomach, dotcor said she have a stone in kidney. with grace god without any disturbance to baby, doctor operate the stone(25/05/14). she stayed on her father itself. weakly weakly Sunday i will see her. one day i receive mail from her. she said in that mail she describe whole seven month in single mail.
she said in mail, you used me and come for sex only. i am hurted lot and stoped visit and phone calls. she continually sending the mail vigorous to me. i am smpliey cam on the time she pargnet on the time(1/08/14).still the delivery i wont go there. 25/10/14 i got call from shiela father he said babie boy bron for you, i replied ok sir we came in three hours. we reached hospital at night, at moment they family members speak normally. i thought all problem over. afert one month her mother ask me when you pickup my daughter to our home(January). i replied am ready to pickup now itself. she said we have some formality for five month. ok anuty i will pickup on fifths month.
I went with my family member on march 15/03/2015, to her house at time her father said she got job she wont come to yor house. I asked what about my life . he told u resign your job in from your home town . I said am only son for my partents I won’t come. during the conservation shilea told to my parents don’t speak loudly we neighbors . my father replied this my tone of speech. Then she replied if you speak loudly then get out from house. then I replied give my child I went to room she close the door, in door my left hand was stacked finger bone was fracture and nail was pealed out. we leave house without any problem from their. We went to hospital, at the time we receive call from local police station my dad pickup the call he said we are in hospital for my son minor operation going on in finger . we get MLC from hospital. After we reached police station in police station they compromised me and send me to my home twon still there no response from their(5/07/15).

Eight year old personal loan
This is regarding the outstanding personal loan dues
Situation:-
We had taken a personal loan approximately eight years back from a bank. We defaulted on the loan due to personal reasons. Later on after negotiations, a cash payment was made and the loan was paid off. However, after that, we've shifted house five times. Now after approximately 8-20 years another bank has sent a notice saying that it has taken over the loan and payment is pending. An ordinary notice sent by the bank has been received ( but not by the borrower.) No notice was sent over the ten years and we were very sure that all payments were cleared.
What should we do?
I came to know about the 3 years Statute of Limitation of debt collection from other queries posted here but some questions do remain -
Queries:-
Using the limitation period of 3 years should he ignore the notice or
i. Should we hire a lawyer and send a notice to the bank before they start harassing with phone calls and collection agents? Most of the steps listed in this forum are made after agents start harassing. I want to know what can be done to stop the bank before they start this nuisance practices and harassment.
ii. We do not have any details regarding the loan but we are sure that the payment was made. How do we assert this?
iii. What are the common legal steps used by the bank to harass customers? Like a criminal case etc.
iv. Should I just sit back and wait to see what happens?
I welcome a reply from all experts. Mumbai-based lawyers please indicate this as I will like to hire a good affordable lawyer to deal with this situation on a proactive basis.
