Marriage not consumated in 6months

married since 7 months, arrange marriage. From honeymoon boy showed no inclination towards sex. On questioning, said needs more time. I wanted to seek medical help which he denied. Even after showing concers husband did not want to even adress the fact. Now that the matter came in front of my parents, he claims that i am lieing and he did have sex, which is impossible,cz as a wife i would know. I feel cheated and duped by him for hiding the facts from me before marriage that he is incapble of having a normal sexual life. Since it was an arrange marriage i did not have any means to check this before the wedding. I want to contest divorce on the grounds of non consummation of marriage and mental cruelty, i want to know how do i prove in the courtthat the marriage is not consummated.because i dont want him to let him go so easily. I am devastated . I am doctor so i know the facts but i need to know the legal implications.

Kindly share your expert opinion.

Legal mortgage

Dear Sir,

1)We are in the process of creating a registered mortgage in maharashtra.

2) In the mortgage deed, properties of maharashtra, chattisgarh and uttarakhand are to be included to secure the loans of various banks and mortgage deed is to be registered in maharashtra under section 28, sub-section 13 of Registration Act, 1908.

3) Further, maximum applicable stamp duty of maharashtra will be paid accordingly.

4) In this regard please confirm:

i) When stamp duty paid in maharashtra and mortgage deed is registered in maharashtra then do we have to pay again the stamp duty in the states of chattisgarh and uttarakhand.

ii) If sub-registrar of maharashtra sends an intimation of the aforementioned mortgage to the sub-registrar of other states mentioned above, then whether any stamp duty is payable in chattisgarh and uttarakhand also.
Please confirm.

Ramps

I live in a provisionally regularised colony in Najafgarh Delhi. Houses are built in a row stuck to each other. The width of the inner road has decreased from 15' to 11.5' after laying drains. of the 11.5' available road people have built ramps of 2-3' length into their houses to ride up their bikes thus decreasing the width of the road to 8-9'. In the event of a fire-mishap the fire-brigades will be unable to attend the lane to gainb access to the place of fire. Can public road be encroached upon by constructing ramps ? The RWA has taken no action. What legal remedies are available in case a suit is filed ? Please advise with the legal provisions available. Thank you.
