Is there any time limit for argument by defendant lawyer after the argument is submitted by Plaintiff in first appeal ?
Even after 3 months after argument by Plaintiff, Defendant lawyer is not doing argument. He is just taking the time.

three senior govt officers working in same office in Delhi were asked to attend a training program from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.n. of four days in Delhi . The training is treated as duty. The training institute is at a distance of more than 8 kms from their permanent duty point/place of residence. As the residence of them are too far from each other all the three went in their car to attend the course. Are they individually entitled to get Traveling allowance and Daily allowance (TA /DA) for attending the course or the duty point will be deemed to be shifted to the training place and no TA/DA is admissible as they are getting Transport allowance. Or the claim will be rejected as they have not taken a shared taxi or travelling allowance will be limited to share taxi.

Sir as I have obtained a decree in a civil suit filed by me against the defendant residing in another state and now where execution petition be filed at the place of suit filed or where the defendant resides?

want to know about section 144 in case of property dispute between brothers on succession. How section 144 can be implemented on property, when we should do and for how many long it will be valid ? how we can file then suit in court for property distribution ? and can a son do it on behalf of his father against his uncle by taking authority from his father ?

Entire team has not received salary from 3 months & now the director is denying to pay & give required documents. Few months back we were a service company & then merged in to a product company. Taken over by U.S company. Now our Indian company is denying to pay us & suggesting us to demand to US company but US company also is denying. We have only signed NDA, nothing else.
What we can do?

Court awarded that all the dues to be paid along with statutory interest rate . Please advice Rate of interest. judgement given in 2015.

a member in our society has on his own taken multiple connections from the water tank directly to the kitchen & bathroom in his house. Society has asked him to disconnect but he ignores.
What couse can the society take. Can the society disconnect the pipes. Any process required to be followed before that ?
The same member has also covered up the open terrace space in his flat without society permission. what can be the society'slegal stand.

MY 2ND MACP WAS DUE FROM AUG,2013.IT HAS BEEN DEFERRED TWO TIMES FOR WANT OF ACR'S 2007-08 & 2008-09.BUT RECENTLY SCREENING COMMITTE HAS BEEN UNFIT ME GRANT MACP FOR THE ACR, BELOW BENCH MARK FOR THE PERIOD 2007-08 & 2008-09.BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION REGARDING MY INTIGRITY AND OFFICIAL DUTIS FOR THE PERIOD 2007-08 & 2008-09.SO I AM SUSPECTING SOME TYPE OF CONSPIRACY BEHEIND ME.SO CAN I ASK TO VERIFY MY ACRS FOR ABOVE SAID PERIODS ? My friend joined Professional Course in 2007 , completed successfully 2012.
while joining the course (2007), he wrote requestion letter to previous institute for transferring TC to new institute.
but till now,the previous institute has not sent TC to new institute. ( No TC submitted).
what is the legality of the degree?

Slp for expeditious early hearing of wpc in h/c
Dear Ld. experts,
I am party-in-person.
My application (senior citizen 63+ yrs) for expeditious early hearing of WPC which had been filed by employer, was declined by High Court and I filed SLP in Apex Court challenging the said rejection.
Yesterday, the Supreme Court directed the High Court to take up the matter for expeditious early hearing as the case is of senior citizen (taking note that 60 and above are eligible) for early hearing.
In the circumstances, what next steps should I take up.
1) Any follow up at High Court is required from my side?
1)Whether I have to mention the case in the High Court after getting certified copy from Supreme Court.
Your considered opinion shall be highly appreciated.
