Respected Sir,
I have an issue with my DOB. I'm facing this issue from past 7 years. I went to so many government offices(DEO, MRO, district collector and C and SE Hyderabad) and RPO Secunderabad. My actual DOB is 12/04/1989 but throughout my academic career it was followed 12/04/1988. When I was in B-Tech 3rd year, I get to know my correct DOB and I inquire the same in hospital, Municipal corporation-Kurnool it was the same: 12/04/1989. I got the DOB certificate with 12/04/1989 and I have got the passport with the same details thinking that I can made the correction in SSC certificate, AP. When I gave the application to SSC board thru my school HM)to correct my DOB from 12/04/1988 to 12/04/1989, but they have rejected the application and said that the "correction will be done if and only before 04 years of 10th class passed out year". This has mismatch between my school records and passport. Then I have decided to make correction in passport since there is no go for me to correct in SSC marks memo. I have applied re-issue application for my passport but PSK team transferred my application to RPO Secunderabad. Then I went to RPO about 6 times on this and they were telling that they need DOB which shows 12/04/1988. I had closed this application since it was illegal to have 2 DOB's. But my uncle suggested to get the fake certificate and submit it to them. Even passport officers who were verified told the same to me. I though it would work and got the DOB with 12/04/1988 by giving bribe. Yet again, I have applied the re-issue application this year but they told me to get court order to change the DOB. It could have saved my 2 years of time when the passport officers told to bring court order in the first re-issue application itself.
I have to know the detailed information about the following queries.
How to change DOB in SSC marks memo if the period exceeds 3 years from the year of passing ? or will it be possible to change it through court order?
How to get the court order to correct DOB in passport in this type of scenario?
Is DOB must be same in academic career and passport for US VISA?
I'm actually a UPSC CIVILS aspirant and currently working as software professional in Hyderabad. I know this is actually my mistake that I could have not given my actual DOB certificate while applying passport back in 2011. I have a passion to become an IAS officer and to save 1 year of service I did like that. But seriously It killed my most of the time roaming around officers and explaining the things. I was frustrated what to do next.

respected experts, two times of arguments heared by D.B tribunal and reserved the decission but failed to give the decission,because one of the double bench judge or adhiyaksh has transfered, now tribunal of double bench wants re hearing the argument but my advocate is not ready for the third time argument,
please suggest me, what is the legal treatment, I can take

I reside in Dubai and went to Mumbai to stay with my mother during pregnancy owing to complications from the 2nd month. My husband had an affair with a Filipino woman all the while I was with my mother during pregnancy. I had an extremely difficult pregnancy with amniocenthesis and a cyst operation while I was pregnant. I delivered a normal girl child in Dec 2014 and came to Dubai with my baby in Feb 2014. On March 15th I saw the photos of my husband with the Filipino girl in my house in my bed. I confronted my husband and he admitted to the affair. I have proof of a combined facebook page my husband and the Filipino girl made in their combined names with photos of both of them together. I also have credit card statements of purchases made for the girl and movie tickets. My husband has admitted to all the payments made on the credit card statement for her.
My baby is 7 months old and I was to file for a divorce.
My query:
Will the proof I have be sufficient to get a divorce in court even if my husband denies all the charges?
Will I get custody of my baby?
I do not have a house in Mumbai. Can I claim the house along with monthly maintenance for my baby in alimony?
I was a working women however during pregnancy I had to leave my job. I am without a job at the moment.

Hello sir, i wanted to ask u the proceedure by which the bank takes possession of the house in case of secured loan.. sir we had taken a loan from the bank secured by property.. rite now the status was the account went to NPA which was not upgraded even aftr depositing full overdue amount aftr repeated requests to the bank manager .. while the bank management took the possesion of the house , there was no tehsildar ... they did not take any signatures before taking the possession and without informing us, the bank officials took the possession of the house... there was no police man .. the recovery people , ie. the people who were from bank side they behaved voilently wid the women and girls.. there was no women constable .. Neither they r upgrading the account nor r they leaving the possession ..Sir please guide me what r the provisions of law regarding this... DOES LAW ALLOWS THE THE BANK people TO DO SUCH KIND OF HARRASSMENT EVEN AFTER DEPOSITING THE FULL OVERDUE AMOUNT ...

My grandmother expired 10yrs ago leaving her home and restaurant intestate. One of her sons is not allowing the legal partition among the heirs. Hence the other heirs have sued him as he has been occupying the house as well as solely enjoying the profits from the restaurant. Since our case is pending, is it possible for the other heirs to get a stay order against his working and earning profits from the restaurant till the court case gets resolved? Thank you

I have asked the solutions of my previously asked queries on subjected matter & I must thank you all the experts who advise me to actions to be taken, Gentlemen according to your guidelines I have tried to file Civil suit by engaging local lawyer, but the Mafia have all money man power & political Influence all of the sudden my lawyer ask me to apply to SDO for taking my share in land , as told in my previous query he also tried to attack on me & as you know the story Police didn't take any action against him, He has threaten to kill me if I go their, I don't have enough money to go again & again to my native place , My query is that, can I file a case against the mafia & my relatives who has planned a criminal conspiracy to grab my land at the courts where I live presently?

Married on 18th of oct 2012 against the wish of parents of both side... we live in a rented room for almost 10 months and then due to huge misunderstanding and lack of discussion from wife's side we ended up for the case of divorce though it is accepted as mutual from both side...
on 14th of july 2015, her advocate called to me to meet them in saket district court where she was present with the agreement of separation. in the separation form it was stated first party in my name and second party by her name and the line that first party is willing to leave second party and second party has no objection on it. we signed it then and there... but now i came to know that if the agreement was made for mutual than there should be no party like thing and he statement hould be this "we both are willing to leave each other at our own decision and we should not interfere in each others livesby any means be it socio economic or mentally."
now please guide me what do i do in this case.

Cooperative society audit
Dear Experts
One of the Society have 2 separate buildings in its premises. They have one plot number and maintains two accounts for these two seperate buildings. I was told that this is for efficient management of the accounts that they were doing it and many societies in Mumbai follow this practice
However, later i got to know that they have 2 separate PAN for these 2 accounts, even though the Society is registered under one name and one registration number.
Also, the profit earned by one building because of advertisement isnt allowed to be shared by other building.
Are they doing the right thing. Is this as per the law?
Looking for an advice on this.
