an agreement to sale was executed on 15/12 200 2with possession, no period of time mentioned in it to execute the sale deed.The purchaser sent a letter on 12/8/2014 to execute sale deed. subsequently he filed a suit for declaration on 2/ 3/ 2015. Is this suit within the Limitation Period ?

मेरी शादी ०७ मार्च २०१४ को हुई थी । शादी के ३ दिन के बाद मेरी मेरी पत्नी अपने पिता, भाई और ताऊ के साथ बिना विदाई के चली अपने मायके चली गई । मैंने और मेरे परिवार ने उसे वापस लाने की बहुत किशिस कोशिस की लेकिन वो टालते रहे । मैंने खुद पत्नी से मोबाइल से बात की लेकिन उसने भी टालमटोल किया । अंत में मैंने विदाई के लिए केस दायर किया लेकिन पत्नी की तरफ से कोई भी नहीं आया इसलिए न्यायालय ने तमीला मानते हुए एकतरफा फैसला २४.०५.२०१५ को दिया और मेरी पत्नी को आदेश दिया कि २ माह के अंदर वो विदा हो कर आये और पत्नीधर्म का पालन करे ।
मेरा सवाल है कि
१) क्या मैं तालक के लिए अर्ज़ी दे सकता हूँ ?
२) क्या होगा यदि तालक की किसी भी सुनवाई में पत्नी की तरफ से कोई नहीं आया ?
३) पत्नी ने गुज़रा भत्ता के लिए एक अर्ज़ी दी है चूकि उसने अपने अर्ज़ी में जितने भी बिंदु कहे है गलत है जैसे : घरेलू हिंसा, वैवाहिक सम्बन्ध न बनाना, तिरस्कार करना और दुबारा आने पर जेवरात छीन कर भगा देना (जबकि वो दुबारा आई ही नहीं), किसी महिला से सम्बन्ध होना आदि ।
४) हमारे बीच जो बात मोबाइल से हुई है वो रिकार्डेड है साथ ही साथ टेलीफोन का बिल और परीक्षा कार्यक्रम जिससे ये पता चलता है कि उसका ये कहना गलत है कि वो दुबारा आई है ।

Respected Experts,
I gave RAS (Rajasthan administrative service) exam 2012 and on 17 july 2015 final result has been declared.I am selected with all rajasthan 308 rank.Yesterday RPSC uploaded marks statement of all candidates on its website. I got very less marks in my philosophy optional before scaling and i am not satisfied with my marks.Though i will get state service but due to non satisfaction of marks i want to see my answer sheet.
So,i am requesting to all the experts to provide me the way by which i can see the answer sheet and also tell me that is there any provision for re-checking if i am not satisfied by the checking?
please guide me as soon as possible.

Hello sir,I am aravindhan,tamilnadu.my grandma was death in 2004, she write will on my mother.and she had some fixed deposits in bank without nominee.If we want withdraw the fixed deposite means what is the procedure? And for this which certificate is required legal heir or succession.how to get the required certificate.and also some properties in my grandma name,how to change those properties to my mother name. please guide me sir.

In case , Bank guarantee Execute in Gujarat, Issuing Bank from GUJARAT, Company office in Gujarat, Only Beneficiary from Rajasthan.
Which rate I.e Gujarat/Rajasthan is applicable?
Please give solution , and if possible please give reference of section or case so i can explain further to concern.

Land property name change
Dear sir/Madam.,
I need to change my father's name on my land property.
Actually my father is un educate, so Locally he called by two different names.
1. is Rajenda
2. Mani.
My father and Mother no more now.(Passed away)
My school and college certificate shows Mani.
But some of my land properties shows Mani and some of shows Rajendra.
Her i need to change all the land properties should show Mani.
Please help me.
