I request you please give me guidelines regarding this and tell me procedure to apply for license and documents I ned to attach.

If the Agreement made between two parties relating to property in the year 1990 on Stamp paper but the agreement in not notarize. There is any validity period of this agreement also this agreement valid till date or not?
Please give me answer.

Hi..I am going through mutual consent divorce process...my lawyer told me that I will have to submit my original documents for future proceedings to the court which the court will return me back after some time...I do not wantto submit the original copies...will a verified copy be sufficient for proceeding with the court hearing?

I have received FORM 26AS and it shows details of Tax Deducted and deposited at Source by Bank of Baroda.
I do not have any deposits with Bank of Baroda, neither have I had any other transactions with them
Please let me know how to resolve this.

हम आपसे यहाँ एक सलाह चाहते है मेरी एक लड़की दोस्त है कुछ प्रॉपर्टी मैटर के रेगार्डिंग उसके भाई ने उसे फेक डक्यूमेंट्स में अपनी वाइफ शो किया है ये उसके भाई ने उनकी कोई बहोत बड़ी प्रॉपर्टी उनके हाथ से जा रही थी तो ऐसा किया, उसका भाई पैसे का लालची है और अपनी बहन के साथ भी ठीक बर्ताव नहीं करता मरता पीटता है उनके पापा हॉस्पिटलीजेड है हार्ट की प्रॉब्लम की वजह से भाई का कहर दिन पे दिन बढ़ता ही जा रहा है इस मुस्किल से कैसे छुटकारा लिया जाए, कृपया आप उचित मार्गदर्शन करे।

This is for my brother . My brother works as software engineer in Bangalore . He went to Bangalore in 2007 and since then he is there . He is not married.
My brother stayed in rent house in 2007 . and has left that house to another house for less rent and again shifted from there to a another according to less rent and convenient of office . When he stayed in 2007 in a house that family -owner daughter complained to police that my brother married her in 2008 . and again in another police station that he married in 2014. police (ACP) investigated the matter and has reported that it is false , Till now my brother nor this lady has married . We spoke to our lawyer who then went to her house for investigation and from that home her parents said they are not aware of any complaints that their daughter gave .Police have investigated case and found that it is false and by RTI act we got reports . Meanwhile a lawyer notice have been send to our home town which we replied . She filed a case in court .She demands a home or 35 lakhs for closing the case. Neither she has marriage certificate or any proofs to show and fake ration card was made and police investigated that too which was also found false ration card.. Daily one or another she is giving false complaints and making our life miserable . We are from poor family and mother aged 80 cant see these . please advice how to sort out or what to do. O 5h July she was told to provide evidence by court . her advocate did not turn up . The case moved to 5th august for providing the evidence . Again today also her advocate did not present . Daily one or another she is giving false complaints and making our life miserable. On 4th August( ***day before giving second time evidence****) she gave 5 missed calls , my brother did not attend the calls as numbers are unknown. Later from reliable source it was found the number is hers.
What is next course of action in court. Mother stays with us and cannot be able to see this sort of fraud case and she is getting weak. Case is again moved to 27/9

Hi experts
I had given money in feb 2011 to one of my friend to start a new business.Rs/- 250000/- by cheque & 10 Lakhs in cash. On term he will pay me Rs. 25000/- per month as a comission & origina amount was given for time of 5 years. & after 6 month comission will be fix as per work.Against that i have sign all chque book of 25 cheques from him. I got three cheuqes 25000/- via cheque deposite t/o my dad's account & fourth cheque was bounce.
When i disscus the matter he ask for 6 to 9 month time then i agree.. after that till date i did't get any money from his side all time he ask for more time. He gave me another cheque after checking accounts that my comisssion was near 1375000/- he again give me new cheque & ask for more time to deposite. Cheque hav no date only amount is there in figure.
Now i want to bounce the cheque & thinking of file the case in court. Kindly help how to proceed. & how much money i can get in this case ?

my query is :
1.
Agriculture land iis mutated in favour of we 2 brothers and our mother in revenue records.name of our sister is left out , can my mother relinquish her wrong share to my brother alone or she can relinquish in favour of all remaining.Since our sisters do not object still how can I object .whether she can transfer it by gift deed selectively for single co heir.
land also include a portion which my father got from my grand father.
2.whether such inherited land is called co parcenery property or simply joint family inherited land.
