NPA account information

Hi, I took study loan of rs 364000 in 2003. Earlier I gave back installment regularly but somehow could not maitained and my account was declared NPA in nov 2014 with the loan amount remained 323000. Then I started repaying of monthly installment rs 10000 till date 12/08/2015. Now the loan amount remained is 250000. Now bank offered me One time settlement deal of payment of rs 2 lakh in 2 months with 30% now and 70% in 2 months. Frankly speaking I am fed up with all this high interest rate and now I am ready to pay. Is this deal good deal for me? I requested bank manager to decrease the amount upto rs 160000 but he is not willing to do so. What should I do now? Please advice

Domestic violence, child custody

I my brothers family and mother live in a single house as a joint family. My wife prefers to stay with her mother who is separated from her husband and lives with her grandfather in her uncle's house. She says she will not come unless I sell some property and construct a separate house for her. This is simply a reason to justify her stay with her mother. I joined my 3 year old daughter in a shool nearby to her uncle's house. Every weak I have to go there and pay for expenditures. My daughter does not like to live there. They always make her cry. So yesterday I joined her in a school nearby to our family house. she often threatens to sue us using Domestic violence act. She is telling she will forcefully take my daughter and keep her in her uncle's house which he has given to her mother and granfather without rent. She is not having any property she asks me to give her share in my property and make settlement for divorce. She is threatening to file complaint in police station to get money and property from me and live either a separated or divorce life with daughter.
What can I do to avoid giving share in my property?
What can I do to keep daughter in our family house?

If she files a domestic violence suit.

Jurisdiction of civil court vis-a-vis national greens tribunal

Mobile Tower installed on a land in a village having population 1000 - suit filed in civil court by a group of villagers complaining that as the Tower installed in a crowded area and within 50 meters from the school, its radiation would harm the people as well as the cattle and crops - objection to jurisdiction alleging that jurisdiction of civil court is ousted by sec.14(2) of the National Greens Tribunal Act,2010. In fact, the action complained of i.e. installation of mobile tower, has not arisen from the implementation of any act comprised in schedule I of the NGT Act. What is the exact position ?
