I want to purchase undevided share of land fron some one.Can I mention full purchase price of land say rs,450000/in agreement to sale itself as received or I should keep some money pending to be paid at the time of registration.is it true thst before registrstion if full money is received in agrrment to sale it becomes sale deed and unregistered .if I pay full money how the purchaser will come forward for rest of work
secondly , can I get possession , in agreement to sale while some consideration still pending.

I was working in Autonomous body of punjab Govt from last 3 yrs. Now i hv joined Punjab Govt Depptt Food & Civil Supply through Direct Open recruitment by applying through Proper Channel, i hv given Technical resignation & also marked a lien.
Now question arises whether my pay ll be protected or not. Plz also tell CSR regarding pay protection n punjab high court judgements supporting ur views.

Hi, I have one query regarding regarding flat registry.
Builder has mentioned below clause on the registry agreement paper. Please review below clause and let me know after registry whether I would be able to rent out my flat in future or not. what does it mean by groupd accomodation? Is it standard all the builder flow on registry paper?
(o) The Purchaser/s shall use the said premises or any part thereof or permit the same to be used only for residential purpose as shown in the sanctioned plan, provided that, the Purchaser/s or Occupier/s of the said premises shall not use the same as and for Massage Centre, Gambling House, Classes, Service Apartment, Hostel, group accommodation, rentals on cot basis in any manner, Lodging Boarding or any illegal or immoral purpose.

Sir,myself is vijay kumar,and my father name is ACHIDANAND SINGH.but in my high scool,intermediate and gradution marksheet father's name is SACHIDANAND SINGH.sir i want to know that is it create any problem in gov.job ? and if it so then what is the remedies for this?

I worked as a staff nurse in AIIMS DELHI for 3 years and then technically resigned from there and joined JIPMER pondicherry as a staff nurse.Whether i can claim my pay protection with last pay certificate alone or service book copy from AIIMS is needed for it.Whether my service in AIIMS will be counted for my promotion in JIPMER.Is it mandatory that one should complete probation for claiming benefits of Technical Resignation.

I am a resident of Delhi and have BYPL connection. Now-a-days, BYPL is forcing people to put electricity meter outside of their houses which decreases the show of front of their houses. I want to know that is there any real order for that. Is it mandatory for all to put meter outside their houses or it is just for high load consumers? And can i get a copy of that order by RTI?
Please help.

Employer still not providing experience and releiving letter
Since it is after 23 days i left the job but employer still delaying to provide experience and releiving letter. I visited the office 5 times since then and politely talk to him but he neglected me and asking me to signed by the person to whom i handed over my work and when i did it he still refusing to issue me releiving and experience letter. I have a new joining soon and i need these documents urgently. Please tell me what to do. Should i can take legal action against my employer?
