can a judjement be passed less theen two weeks after the hearing is completed , what is the minimum time period for pronouncement of judjement in session court

Dear sir, my cousin brother worked for a comoany for four years and after that due to health issues he left company.. Now he is not sure about his pf settlement.. He is having pf account which belongs to Gujarat cause his corporate office was in Gujarat.is there way that we can get to know the status by quoting pf number as he is mentally stressed now? Kindly let me the procedure to get to know the status whetwhwr claim has settled or not yet...

My grand father buy at1982 after my grand father died at 1994 after that his wife gave thisland to her brother for lease now they are clutivating this land i am asked this land give back to me but they attack on me i got head injury with 5 striches now guied me how to get this land .

i was get caught while bringing 10 bottels from pondicherry.they filed a FIR against me under
sec4(1)(a) TNP act. and i paid 500rs fine in the court. will it impact my passport and student visa (for usa )?
and do i need to mention in my visa application form as iam a convict?

HIgh Court directed collector to pass order on the orders of TAshsildhar whereas collector issued a Memo without adjudication. One of the respondant filed affidavit before collector to pass order as there is misrepresentation and fraud.Collector reopened the ROR case but revision petitioner filed WP and got 6 weeks stay before admission of the case. 6 weeks stay period expired 3 years back. Can collector proceed with ROR Case as stay period is not extended and also case is based on misrepresented, With out having property to Revision petitioner. Please clarify

My client has paid to a firm Rs.1,00,000/- by becoming a member of the club, and has not availed any facilities from the club till date. The firm has also agreed to give special offers by way of allotment of land to my client which has not been adhered by the firm so far.

in my case the date of hearing is completed on 15 .07. 14 and judgement was given on 2.08.14 by session court ,pl clarify me is it legally valid
