I had booked an office space with a builder in Noida in a project of mixed land use.
The token booking amount was given in Nov 2012 and builder buyer agreement was done in June 2013 with possession in 36 months with grace period of 1 year and thereafter a penalty of Rs 9 per sq ft provided non force majure prevails.
The builder started construction very late in 2015 and there is no sign that he can complete within 36 months with extn of 1 year even.
Pls suggest what is the legal remedy for me since the project is commercial. Can I get protection under consumer protection laws. What steps should I take to safeguard my interest.

Some powers of Civil Court,to decide loan cases, are given to Registrars of the cooperative deptt. ,vide CPC 1908, Hence can we call those offices as a Court ?.

Dear all,
I and my friends were sitting in local garden/park yester evening 15 th august. Some police officials came and started evacuating the garden/park. One of my friends asked the police inspector, why is he evacuating the park?? The police inspector and other policemen started beating my friend. Is there any procedure to bring down that policemen on knees????

Main v.gopinathan south western railway mysore division main 1900GP par september 09 2014 se work kar raha hoon mera selection RRB banglore se CEN 04/2012 ke andar hua.mysore division main joining se 9 month pehle janaury 2014 ko maine CEN 01/2014 technician3(1900GP) ke liye RRB chennai ke liye apply kiya aur june 15 2014 ko RRB exam likha.application fill up karte time aur exam ke time maine mysore division join nahi kiya tha isliye application par maine col 8 main non govt empoyee par tick kiya.mysore div join karne ke 3 month baad december 08 2014 ko RRB chennai ne CEN 01/2014 ka result declare kiya usme mera naam additional candidate or waitlist main tha aur muje RRB chennai ne document verification ke liye 23 janaury 2015 ko bulaya tha.verification karte time RRB chennai main muje ek form fill up karne ko diya usme name,father name,DOB etc etc the usme ek important point tha ki(kya aap present govt servent hai) us ke samne maine nahi par tick kiya jo ki ek false statement tha agar main haan likhta to RRB mera document verification nahi karta aur mysore div se noc le kar aane ko kehta aur mera naam bhi waitlist main tha jisme job milne ki koi gaurantee nahi hai.RRB chennai ne april 2015 ko first final result declare kiya us first list main mera naam job ke liye conform ho gaya aur mere home town chennai perambur carriage workshop main allot hua.mera plan mysore div se absent ho kar chennai main join karne ka tha.chennai workshop main present job ke bare main kisi ko kahe bina maine medical fitness test pura kar liya aur fit bhi ho gaya.chennai workshop se join karne ke liye ek letter aaya us letter main 15 july 2015 ko office main report karne ko kaha gaya tha.
Us time muje laga ki main kuch galat kar raha hoon.uske baad chennai workshop main jakar workshop personnel officer se mila mere saath jo hua maine sab kaha WPO ne muje mysore div se in 3 option se koi ek le kar aane ko kaha

2)Technical resignation
3)Resignation
Technical resignation ke liye maine mysore div main apply kiya vigilance clearence hone ke baad SR DME ne mera application accept nahi kiya.aur Resignation kar ke jane ko kaha.
Agar main mysore se resign kartha hoon aur achanak chennai workshop ne muje lene se mana kar diya to main kya karunga muje bahut dar lag raha hai.
Please muje guide kariye chennai mera home town hai meri widow mother chennai main akeli rehti hai.

Dear sir,
After getting divorce on both ground crulity and deseration in my faver my wife appeal in high court on ground of juridiction in his petion his ground is when i went to his parent house for taking back before cases she says that lase resedence is his parents home . please tell me what can i do now she is also giving a application for stay the judgments of family court divorce. my question is this appeale is maintable or not . can she get stay in his appeal .if any judgments or citiation which suit my case please give me the citiation or reference .please advice me what can i do now as soon as possible.

Dear Sirs & madam
I am writing this mail with a lot of hope and concern. I request your expert opinion to deal with a situation what my parents are facing today.
We have a flat in Ghaziabad and my parents sold off this flat to a person who promised to pay the sale amount in 2 parts. First part was paid as cheque and he took possession by misleading my parents that he would give the rest of the money after sale of another property. My parents don't have any proof of this payment as he just persuaded them to sign the documents and register the flat first and the payment will come later.
I was totally unaware about this and when I knew about it, I intervened and then this person is giving me threats that he has put an FIR against my parents in Police station about cheating case on them.
Now as we don't have any proof of sale / any words that he said, I somehow managed to get my telephonic conversation recorded that he mentioned that he would pay the amount when he would want to. In this at least he is agreeing that he would return the money.
This has happened till last week. When I pressurized about payment, he is giving me threats that he would send my parents to Jail.
I need to ask, can this evidence of phone records / telephonic conversation can be proved as an evidence against him or not.

I was a witness for a transaction of share purchase.
The seller who was my friend has filed a complaint against the buyer and has included my name in the accused list and filed a false complaint, as i refused to join him in the case he filed against the buyer.
He has bribed the police, who have gone ahead and charge sheeted in court and harrasing me and threatening me to arrest.
the sections are 403, 420, 467, 468, 474, 120 (B)of IPC.
I am in need of good advice before i go to my lawyer.

I have sundry Debtors for last 4 Four years but he does not give me my due amount.

And what is the procedure for collection my due amount.
