i got a notice from Kotak mahindra bank udner sarfaci act 13(2) that somebody had taken a mortgage loan from their bank ..flat in my name but i received notice in some other name that person taken a loan from icici bank on two flat one owner in me an other owner is someone else..we told bank that i m owner of the said flat and submitted the related document to bank now waht to do. i purchases flat in 20100 n my neighbor purchased falt in 2004.loan taken on both flat .
what bank wil do
what i have to do to save my flat
what are option for me
i stay in navi mumbai koparkhairane please help

Sir/Madam,
What should do in case wife left her matrimonial home after 5 Month of the marriage. Regarding same the guy had given application to Woman Cell( Police Deppt).
After giving application to woman cell they have called telephonicaly to the girl and her family members but they did not respond as yet.
Now one year have been completed and nothing is arise as yet.
In this condition what should to do that Guy.

My husband has filed case for custody and visiting rights for minor son in 2015.
Minor son is with me.
My husband,my brother-in-law and my father- in-law are running a shop in a HUF property.
How can I protect my minor's sons rights in that property? Can I claim property rights of my minor son in this custody case or I have to file a separate case. Please guide me so that my son's rights get secured.

I always see "Application For Directions" in the Causelists. Can anyone tell me what precisely is the purpose of these applications.
Are they directed at the Respondents or the Registry?
Are they about procedural directions or general directions?

Dear Sirs,
A Complaint U/S138 is duly registered in the Court of M. M. A Condonation of Delay Application also with it which is not duly registered and numbered. A Notice for Court Fees / Verification not collected from the court. The copy ofcomplaiant and condonation of delay allication is not served to the defendantby the Complainant/Applicant or by Court.
Under the above circumstancesI seek your valuable advice,perhaps an academic question.
1) It would be correct after hearing both the parties on Condonation of delay Application, if the delay is condoned or allowed subject to payment of CF to the satisfaction ofthe court/statute.
2) Process fee is already paid with the Complaint and delay application.

Can the society realign the parking that was allotted and sold by the builder prior to OC. Now that the OC is received, can the society realign the parking by moving it a bit so that there is more space for parking. Also if any member is unwilling to realign his parking can the society take a stand. What does the law say on this ?

My wife has filed MC against me on Septembr-2012.,i got summons on the same.,but i didnt attend court as well as no advocate represented against me. So that time onwords my wife also not attended to the court.,only her advocate attended some time..,
After 3 years againt i got summons from concern court.,regarding repetion against previous MC.,
in that petetion.,the petetions requested to pay Maintance from last 3 years.,in their they prayed concern Megegistrate order some amount.,now they asking amount to me.
My question is ????
First time only i got summons.,after that i didnt get any summons or order from the court.,I am asking is there any chance to give order without attend me or my advocate.,my wife also didnt attend the court..,plz clarify it.,
i am attaching the file copy here.,
i have checked attendace@court.,in the same court one of my relative is working.,so i got full information regarding this case.
One more question is there any possabilities to go High court? How can i get officially attendace and summons details though concern court.

DOB CERTIFICATE RELATED
Sir if a illiterate person wants to apply for pan card, dept needs DOB proof where party doesn't have any such neither birth certificate nor any alternative documents. Kindly suggest me what document can satisfy the dept DOB requirement in order to he can prepare and apply for pan card.. Thanks
