I am a purchaser agree with the seller to buy the land of rs.300000/- i pay the advance ts.100000/- the time 3 month. But i cant give balance money . The limitation barred .now i need my advance am filling a civil suit for rrfund money. I need my favour citations

Hi, i want to make a will document and was planning to ask my uncle and a recent friend to be witnesses.
I heard that its good to have a witness who knows you/your family in person for long, else in case of an unfortunate event and challenge to will by someone, that witness testimony is not of much value as he/she didnt knew the person well.
Is this true? or i can safely ask my recent friend to sign as witness?

It is a case of bigamy.
Case of bigamy was filed by a lady.
To avoid future problems, I compromised with her and Rs. 20 lakhs was the amount, i agreed to pay her by 10K per month.
Then She withdrew the case and compromise deed was recorded before the judge.
It was mentioned in that compromise deed that whosoever default, can file a fresh case or appeal for contempt of court in the same court.
I started to pay her regularly by cheque and cash, as mode of payment was to decided mutually. (but i did not demanded cash receipts as our relation started sweet again.
But that lady filed another case in a Bihar as she shifted to that place, without intimating the court about the previous compromise deed.
I did not make any default.
Can i request the judge to dismiss the case as it has been compromised in Delhi.

Please tell me the procedure for changing the name in sslc marks card. Actually I was passed sslc in 2006 and my name is 'Pavan Kumar B U' but in marks card they had given like "Pavana Kumar B U". I want to apply for passport. Please suggest me.

I am writing this with lots of hope to get some advice. Sir, I have done my btech in marine engineering from International maritime academy, chennai in the year 2010- 2014. This college is approved DG shipping, India and affiliated to KARNATAKA STATE UNIVERSITY. Even i passed out with CDC privided by dg shipping. Now after I got the job when I am trying to apply for my promotional exam under mercantile marine department, i was denied. They stated that UGC have recently revoked the approval from KARNATAKA STATE UNIVERSITY. sir, but I had passed in 2014 and then i was not aware of it. I am not alone, there are more than 300 Batchmates of mine now who are stranded. Even ugc is not clearing its stand on passes out students. If they had to maje any public notice they should hv written to all govt. Bodies abt passed out students. My college is not responding properly now. They have changed the university to stay in safe side.
sir, please please advice us something. Our whole life is in stake. I will eagerly waitng for reply

I filed an ejectment suit against my tenant who run a shop on reasonable requirement. I also run a business in a dilapilated market which was already declaired as unsafe building by the municipal corporation and fire brigade. Beside this my shop is only 77sft in measurement. Do I need to commison to establish my demand? Or the rent bill/trade licence (showing measurement of the shop) is enough to prove?

My brothers family and my family were living with my mother in the house built by my father. After my fathers death me and my brother gave our share in the property in the name of my mother. due to everday quarrels with my brothers wife my mom decided to move them out of the house but my bhabhi was not ready to move out ..so my mother disowned my elder brother and filed a suit of posession in court against my brother.She won the case but still they are not moving out nor they have filed any appeal in any higher court . Next week Baileef will come to our home to execute the order. My brother is willing to go in the interest of family but bhabhi is not. Can she claim the right to live in this house when the baileef will come to execute the order or she cant as my brother has already given up his share. Kindly suggest. Please experts note that the property was alloted to my father . My father and mother were joint owner of the property. Can she claim this house to be her matrimonial house. Kindly note that my brother's wife was not made a party in this suit.

Mediation done for above issue and compromise reached . anticipatory bail obtained on that basis. Now quashing is getting delayed and police filed chargsheet. Can quashing still be done after charge sheet is submitted and are both parties required to be present in high court (accused and complainent)or we can file for quashing of FIR against us on the basis of mediation compromise and they can do it seperately .since its a cross FIR our lawyer is advising us to quash both together.
