Sir,I,clerical staff of state bank of patiala,was appeared for the promotion test to officer (jmgs-1),whose result was declared on 11th April,2015 but promotion would be effected from 1st june 2015. As disciplinary proceeding was pending on 11th april, later a letter I got from hrd regarding my result in sealed cover.On 21st may penalty of CENSURE was imposed on me but promotion was effected from 1st june .So please guide me accordingly,whether I am eligible for promotion or not.

Can my wife get access all my business property details and bank a/c.... yes, she knows my PAN no.
maintenance and 498 A case is going on......
- If she get access all my bank details then????
- is there any way to protect my 'hard earned' money from wife's reach???
i don't want to divorce her.... from reliable sources i came to know that she is already married with a guy... i am trying to find out the proof....

My wife have filled false cases u/s 498A, 377, 506, 3/4 DA
will I get arrest relief from 377
how do I prove my innocence from 377
the case is under family mediation center
however my wife's family is adamant that they want to see me behind bars

Hello sir , I am writing this with lots of hope to get some
advice . Sir , I have done my btech in marine engineering
from International maritime academy , chennai in the year
2010 - 2014 . This college is approved DG shipping , India
and affiliated to KARNATAKA STATE UNIVERSITY . Even i
passed out with CDC privided by dg shipping . Now after I
got the job when I am trying to apply for my promotional
exam under mercantile marine department , i was denied .
They stated that UGC have recently revoked the approval
from KARNATAKA STATE UNIVERSITY . sir , but I had
passed in 2014 and then i was not aware of it. I am not
alone , there are more than 300 Batchmates of mine now
who are stranded . Even ugc is not clearing its stand on
passes out students . If they had to maje any public notice
they should hv written to all govt . Bodies abt passed out
students . My college is not responding properly now .
They have changed the university to stay in safe side . sir ,
please please advice us something . Our whole life is in
stake . I will eagerly waitng for reply

My Father died after leaving a Flat and there was no Nomination no Will made when he died.. As the Property is in thane near mumbai,, so now what is the procedure now to transfer of flat in my mother's name.
As i have 2 Sister and they are also ready to transfer the flat in my mother name and what is the court fee for transfer of flat

Dear Sir, I have been paying maintenance to my wife since Nov, 2012. She made a last claim during Aug, 2013 and stopped it.
After a lapse of 2 years she now filed a memo in the court for recovery of arrears for 24 months.
My counsel says the case is lapsed if not claimed within 12 months. Is it true?. If so please give me relevant provisions/ section under D.V.Act.

Sir,
We have a ancestral property in my mother's name. My mother is willing to give property among themselves. I have two brothers both are married they are in first floor and second floor (not roofed, sheet based). I got married now i am staying in rented house. I am willing to construct third floor with all their approval. But my brother said no as of now. I am not having to occupy as of now. I asked my brother partition document in future construction of third floor. Now my mother is live. I am not believing my brothers in future. I need a partition document to construct a third floor.
How much partition document will cost? please advice
