If section 7 of Anticorruption law 1988 is not filed in FIR and mobile call recording demand is also not clear. And sec 8,12,13(D) only in FIR..what should be done

Dear Sirs,
1. Filed a 138 NI act case at Agra against accused at New Delhi of Cheque Bounced Amt.9 Lacs.
2. Bailable warrant has been issued. Thereafter Dashrath Roop Singh Ruling came into applicability. Magistrate ordered on Dec, 2014 to transfer the case at New Delhi Jurisdiction.
3. Client's lawyer had not informed regarding the orders to client and moved to Singapore.
4. Somehow when client came to know about the order and new Bill Passed in NI Act, that now his matter can be adjudicated at Agra only. The client appointed a lawyer and tried to get the said case restored. Magistrate dismissed the case.
5. X new lawyer had given excuse that X previous lawyer had not informed X that the case has been shifted to New Delhi and he move to Singapore leaving X matter in between.
Q1. What remedy is available to X for the adjudication of the case?
Q2. Because, the amount is heavy for Rs.9 lacs, X will suffer a lot if the case is not further adjudicated.
Q3. Any other remedy for X since the bailable warrant has already been issued to accused before the ruling of Dashrath Singh.
Q4. Any other remedy or relief?

Dear Sir or Madam,
I married 24th June 2010. I have 4 Years old Kid and along with my wife, I am staying in Gurgaon and working in Private Company.
My parents are not allowing my wife and my son till now in their house.My father is 70 Years old and he told 100% during marriage itself, I will allow and If you wish to come to house, Please come or else no problem.
Hence, As a courtesy, I use to go to my parents house and do some financial assistance. But my wife and my In Laws strictly restricting or torturing me not to go to my parents house and support them financially. Now I stopped going to my house and even I have not gone to my sisters marriage also due to their torture.
Further,my wife is beating my son regularly and harrassing like anything if I am in the office and he is alone. Everyday he is crying to me in the night saying me Mummy is beating and harassing. Please save me. She is not allowing to go to school also beacause of this problem
Kindly advise in this matter. I went to counselling and my wife is not at all listening to the lawyers. Further, her Father is Sub Inspector and threatning me through his profession.

One of my friend who is working in indian navy visakhapatnam in materials department.
In the year 2007 my friend was died and after that her wife claimed pension. She draws pension every month. She is having three daughters and one son. Two daughters and son were married. In the month of June my friend's wife also died. Now only her third daughter was unmarried and she underemployed. she don't having any income source. I have doubt.Whether she is having eligibility to get family pension of her father from the navy department. What about other children of my friend. All others are married except this daughter only

I am Md. Habib from Assam. I want some legal help from your side.
Our grandfather expired 40(forty) years ago. After his death the property was distributed by our fathers among them and who sold most of their inherited properties and passed on it us the leftover of their shares.
Our aunts who are 80 years and 70 years of age at present and married since 64 years and 50 years respectively now claiming for their father’s property.
Could they claim for the property after so many years? If they can how much they are entitled and who are liable to pay them?

what is tcs. and if we give 27c to seller so we should not pay tcs. and if we not give 27c so why should pay tcs to seller plz explain with details. if possible so give me list of product in which we should pay tcs.

Hi,
My husband is having an extra-marital affair and we have decided to go with a mutual consent divorce. i will have custody of our children. Couple of queries:
1. He has some equity (shares) that i want transferred to our kids (minors). Is that possible? What are the dos and donts?
2. We had our own home that we sold earlier to clear some of his financial problems. i want a new house in lieu of this one. Is it possible for us to buy a new home in my name but he clear the home loan? What are the options to make this happen?
Please advise.
