My grandfather and grandmother have passed away without leaving any will.
The property which my grandfather acquired was from his ancestral property.(now in grandfathers name)
They have 2 sons and 2 daughters.
divided between them as : (mentioning total value of property is 11 laks)
2 sons have divided as 5 lak each for 1.house(son 1) and 2.land(son 2) as the property value(but original value is 1.house=around 20 laks, 2.land=around 2crores.) and 2 daughters divided remaining 1 lakh half.
1 son and 2 daughters do not know the actual value of the empty land .. they just thought it will be equal or less to 10laks as mentioned.(as said by son 2)
questions?
1.can the siblings claim anything as wrong value is mentioned?
2.can the grandsons and granddaughters claim anything? as not aware of the registration done by their parents
3.how this can be redone and shared equally among the siblings?

Dear sir, I have got selected for govt service on the post of multi tasking staff held by SSC in 2011, and have completed all the formalities for the joining but sir as of now I have not called for joining after numbers of correspondence from my side. Sir in this situation can I filed petition in honorable CAT, kindly suggest me in this regard.

my wife cheating me by making account with other name and chating with boys she conceal the facebook account before marriage which was with her name but when she left in july 2014 she created new facebook account with other name. can i file case against her if yes under which
section case is possible i have her facebook data with other name she is using. kindly suggest me.

Respected Sir / Madam,
We have filed a Ancessional property (Located in Daund Dist) related Suit case in Jt. Civil Judge JD and JMFC, Tal Daund, Dist Pune on 06 Jul 2013 and no positive response received from our appointed lawyer, still we have not attended any hearings, current status is - Awaiting Summons. Therefore we are planning to transfer the case to Pune City court. Is it possible to transfer the case to Pune city court and if us, can you please let me know the procedure.

Hello sir,
I want to change my current surname to my real family name, I have read all the procedure in order to get my surname change through gazette But there is a Dilemma in me Do it or not.
Reason is As of now I am working for an Software company from last 5 Years and all my documents is with the same surname. Except Passport as i have not applied for it yet.
Before applying for it , I want to change my current surname to my real family name.
Below are my some questions on it, It would be a great help and thankful of you if you advise me on the same.
1. Is it possible to change my surname at this stage ?
2. If changed, Can I apply for passport with changed surname ? Will there be any problem in applying for passport if my old documents are with oldname ??
3. Is there any condition to change my all documents with new surname then apply for passport ??
4. Is it possible to change surname on old documents ??.

मेरा एक पडोसी जो पुलिस मे कार्यरत है उसने एक हवलदार कि पत्नी को भगाकर ले गया हालकी दोनो ने सादी कर्ली ऐसा कोइ खबर नही बल्की जिसकी पत्नी को भगाकर ले गया उसी हवलदार के जरीय येह जान्ने मे आया | मेरा पडोसी का एक बीबी और दो mature लड़के है | दोनो बेटो कि सादी नही हुइ है और बेकारी है | उसकी बीबी भी house wife है |
ऐसे मे मेरे पडोसी के बीबी बच्चो को क्या कानुनि

Hi,
I am a software engineer. As I am not able to put signature's which is matching can I use rubber stamp for this purpose??. Every time when I sign on multiple places like bank documents my signatures are not matching each other. So having issue in day to day activities. Can someone suggest if signature rubber stamp is legal on bank documents and cheque.

When an employee of pus was removed from service he filed a petition in HC SINGLE JUDGE the judge issued. Interim order to restore his service. After some days this case was shifted division bench. IN the Division bench is it possible to change the order perpetual. Until the final judgement. The case is related to Andhrapradesh bifurcation issue. While the case is running in single judge bench writ proceeding rules amended to include disputes related to AP bifurcation issues to refer to Division bench
