I lives in a village in jhansi I was born at home in 1995 now I require my birth certificate for my passport I don't have any documents regarding my birth but I have all other documents like voter id, pan, aadhar and other. Now what I have to get my birth certificate.

498a case has been lodged by my wife in Uttar Pradesh against me and my family. District court mediation has failed. Police investigation has not started. According to my lawyer there is no need to apply for bail till charge sheet gets filed by police as now due to Supreme Court ruling police cannot arrest without permission by magistrate.
Lawyer has adviced to move district court for bail and HC for stay on arrest only after Chargesheet gets filed in court.
Is it right approach or we should approach High Court now only for Stay on arrest?

Good morning,
My client's husband got expired while being employed in a Private Restaurant at Malaysia. He already got insured while receiving his visa. The Cause of death was reported undetermined by the Malaysian Government.
1. What is the procedure to claim the death claim?
2. Is there any Indian Ministry which can help my client for claiming the compensation?
3. Shall I take steps through Indian High Commission at Malaysia/ Malaysian High Commission at India?

Hello all expert will you please tell as to when the period of limitatatio will start so far as the time of 15 days of notice is concerned. in my case the complainant has sent notice on 1.12.2013 and complaint filled on 20.01.2014. it is complainants stand that he has received back the packet send on 20.12.2013 and thereafter wait for 15 days and then filled complaint within 30 days. however my opinion is that once the notice is dispatched in the due course the time of 15 days start as far as complainant is concerned and for him the cause of action arose on 15.12.2013 to file complaint within next 30 days and so also the time of 15 days for the accused will start on receving the notice i.e. he can make payment in next 15 days. also cite some judgement.

A farmhouse is located on 2 acre plot of land.The owner of farmhouse keeps a ferocious dog and also employs a dog jandler to handle this dog.A board is also put on gate saying"Tredpassers will be prosecuted and beware of dogs" in capital bold letters. On the afternoon of 12august a group of boys playing cricket nearby the farm hit the ball into the farmhouse. A 7 year old boy enters the farmhouse to get the ball.The dog attacks the boy and dies of injuries.The family of boy sues the owner.Is the owner liable?

Community certificate
I applied for ME recently.. During community certificate verification my fathers name is misspelled as "chandiran" instead of Chandran. So they asked to get tahsildar sign in that.. so when I asked in taluk office they said dis certificate is invalid.. Should apply new one.. so am planning to apply new community certificate... to apply new one for verification they asking ration card.. In ration card my name is kanagalakshmi.. But I need CC in the name of Charumathi.. Because all my school certificate is in this name only.. my old CC is also in the name of Charumathi only.. Only mistake is dads name in old CC.. So wat to do..? Pls help..
