Experts pls answer my question
My friend belongs to hindu upper caste he married with same caste girl in 2007. They had a daughter in 2009. In the year 2010 they both convert to islam. In the year 2013 they given birth to son.
Now my question is whether the boy is eligible for reservation under muslim obc quota or not?
At the time of birth both mother and father belongs to muslim.
Pls answer.pls sir

Dear sir my fathers sister lost a partation suit on 24-03-2014 later on 01-08-2014 challenged it in additional court while the suit was pending my father got release deed from me on 13-10-2014 and i challenged on grounds of undueinfluence to cancel anf for partation .. Will my deed cancel on list pendens doctrine ..where an appeal was pending in court the deed eas executed..

Dear sir/mam,
I am mahendra patil .I was working in boiler manufacturing company since last seven yrs. Now I am starting my partnership co. alongwith co-staff in boiler mfg field.we are four partners in co. During this period we are doing jobs. We are received our co.registration in july first week.And last of july the our employer came to know the our company details.Afterthat employer sms me to take one week break .Till date the employer is not called me for rejoined.But other my partners are still working there.i.e. the employer removed only from the post.
Iam not interested tojoin there. But my last six months salary is pending.The employer is not even reply my sms regarding salary pending.
Sir, I am physically handicapped. Is there illegal to start my partnership while doing job? Pls give advise this matter & how to get back my salary?

Sir, mere grandfather and grandmother k death k baad mere father ne ek partation suit 5 ya 6 saal pehle file kiya tha.
Kyoki mere ek chacha jo hai wo property divide nahi karte.
Sir itne saalo se case father lad rahe magar wo chacha hamesa kuch issue create karte aur case ko lamba khichte. Hamesa court k date pe gayab hojate isse next date padta.
Sir wo property me equal share nahi dena chate aur property ka kafi hissa apne under me rakhe hue hai.
Wo divide nahi karte magar jo munispal govt tax dene ki bari aati wo bhi nahi dete. Sir tax approx 2 lakh k karib hogaya hai. Kya koi options hai jisse mujhe case ka decision jaldi aaye aur jab tak property divide nahi hoti wo govt tax dene ka time mile?

This is premkumar from andhrapradesh, I need a information from you sir about the information act. In my village a cooperative society is their that's name is ''the railpet cooperative weaver society'' it is registered organisation. i am the member of the society. in our society fraud is happened worth of nearly 40 lakh rupees and these funds are released from state govt. and central govt. for the purpose of the construction of new buildings. in this construction society president and assistant development officer play a role to fraud the money. we asked the president building estimate copy, m-book ,plan copy and vouchers with the help of information act. but they send a court notice society which is not come to public authority so we cannot give any information about the society. if anything you need appeal the court and later they can be give answer through the court only.I asked a question you sir that is cooperative societies come to the information act or not. and they(society) send cooperative societies not come to information act.and also send supreme court judgement as a reference thai is CIVIL APPEAL NO. 9017 OF 2013. please give a suggestion how to move with the help of information act.

Dear sir on 13-10-2014 my parents threatened they will stop my marriage which was on 19-10-2014 and posed threat to my life so because a marriage comes once in a lifetime i signed the release deed which i dont like am only daughter to my parents and a brother but my parents need everything to my brother only.. Later my marriage was performed and as soon i went to my husband home i informed them later my in laws questioned my parents but my dad said nothing to give for a girl who goes for some other family.. Later i approached police authorities but they refused to take complaint because of local power of My dad..than onb19-12-2014 i filed civil suit for cancellation of release deed and for partition according to HSA 2005 for my 1/3share... Later i filed a private complaint and it resulted in a chargesheet... Now still they didnt even turn but laughing at me because on 13-05-2015 in lokasabha bill is introduced and daughters will have no share in ancestral property and my suit will be dismissed .. Is this is true really an act is coming where women has no share... One more thing the deed is registered one am being graduate for their threat i signed and the release deed is of no consideration and in the release deed out of 5 acres my dad said in the deed he will gift 8guntas after obtaining sketch copy... Please tell will i win my case On grounds of coercion and undueinfluence and about repealing act on my suit

The fact of the case are as follows:
1. This matter pertains to my property located in Ghaziabad (UP).
2. In 1993-94 my father was looking for a plot of land in Ghaziabad and happen to meet Mr.Yadav who was allotted a plot by GDA (Ghaziabad Development Authority).
3. My father paid Rs. 5000 as advance payment and a conveyance deed (bainama) was made and signed by Mr.Yadav and My father.
4. Mr.Yadav made a general power of attorney in the name of my mother. The general power of attorney gave all the poweres to manage the land in future. A sale deed was registered at the office of sub-registrar, GDA between my mother (PoA holder) and GDA ( and not Mr.Yadav). The stamp duty and free hold fee was deposited with GDA. My mother purchased the land from GDA as power of attorney holder of Mr.Yadav.
5. My father built a house on the plot in 1996 and our family started living. In 2004 my mother died and later my father also died in 2010.
5. Today my brother and my family is living in the same house and paying property tax, water tax every year to GDA.
7. After my parents death, I went to GDA for mutation of the land (property) in my and my brother's name but the authority refused and said I have no right over the land and Can't be mutated. They say your mother was only a power of attorney holder and after her death you can't inherit the property.
I want to know how I can become owner of this plot or sell this land (property).

Dear All,
Hope you all are doing good.
I have one query regarding m resignation, i have resign my company in 31.07.2014 but my senior have non accepted the resignation stating reason
"With reference to your trailing mail and the discussions I had with you today morning we would like to mention the following:
1. Your resignation has not been accepted by the management.
2. Shortage of cement with value of more than Rs 2 crore has been observed at Raipur, out of which C&F Raipur has paid only Rs 45 lacs so far,
Hence you have to continue with your regular duties, at least upto the time the entire payments against cement shortage are released by M/s XYZ."
Now its around more than one year from the incident and now having O/S of 85 Lacs (Excluding 30 lacs security of C&F).
Can i now leave the company with stating the issue, as my notice period of two month is already clear.
I have already taken no dues letter from the C&F.
Please suggest what to do now.
