Respected learned counsel!
I am a medical professional facing cpa case.I challenged the judgement in the Honble national forum.The Honble forum declared the complainant as exprte as he didnt appeared before the forum nor filed any vakalta.
I need clarification on two things
Will the honble forum dismiss the petition favouring my plea.
will it order me to serve Dasti notice to the complainant after declaring him exparte

I have lended 2 lakhs to a known person. In return he promised me to pay 4 lakhs in 10 months. We have registered a document that I have given him 4 lakhs for his business development purpose and he would return me in the mentioned period. But now he refuses to pay me 2 lakhs which he promised me to give as a return. I have six cheque leaf of him but there is no money in his amount. The witness signed by his side was a fake one. How to get back the balance money from him. please suggest me to face him in legally.

Dear sir my parents to deprive my share in ancestral property on 13-10-2014 threatened me will stop ur marriage which was on 19-10-2014 and because my marriage comes once in life and threat to life by my brother i signed release deed .. Later my marriage was performed and i informed my husband anf filed civil suit for cancellation of release deed and partation of 1/3 share on 19-12-2014.. Later a private complaint which resulted in charge sheet .. The document is registered one and please provide your valuable suggestions how to deal with situations and ur valuable suggestions and does threat to marriage amounts coercion or undueinfluence

I was working in Autonomous body of punjab Govt from last 3 yrs. Now i hv joined Punjab Govt Depptt Food & Civil Supply through Direct Open recruitment by applying through Proper Channel, i hv given Technical resignation & also marked a lien. Now question arises whether my pay ll be protected or not. Bcz now punjab govt is paying only basic pay to every new employee which is only 10300 for 2 years. I was taking 34000 on previous job. Plz also tell CSR regarding pay protection n punjab high court judgements supporting ur views.

Respected Experts,
The civil case was started in 1984 and over at Supreme Court in 2015.
Starting with original suit, it is concurrent judgement - in trial court, appellate court and high court.
The Supreme Court also dismissed the SLP filed by the other party.
Now, the other party is not respecting the court order.
Writing letters for the past six months and requesting them to honor court judgement has no effect.
The party is 76 years old and suddenly fallen in health due to unexpected death of his wife a week before.
For quick results can we file a contempt petition at the Supreme Court or execution petition at the lower where original suit was filed in 1984 - which is better?
Will there by any fresh legal hurdles if we file the EP. It is now six months from the date of dismissal of SLP.

we have two types of property as land from deceased (1989)father (A) w12 bigha which my father got from his father (my grand father) and (B)
10 bigha self purchased by my father .We are 4 ie 2 brothers 1 sister and widow mother.My query is that how much share we each will get from A type of property .I under stand from B we each will get 2.5 that is equal.is it correct and whether for my mother property from Atype will be called ancestral.

This is Haseen Ansari from uttar pradesh. I want to buy sc st properties. Can I buy this ? Any other person already buy that property. I m the 2nd person. But in the registry paper do not show st name also show who is buy the property but do not show her name in khatauni. Also show st name? Please give me solutions
