- marriage on - december 2010
- 2012 my wife done 125 maintenance case
- since 2013 i am sending her money order as per my capablity Rs.2000/- and sometimes Rs.3000/- for my daughtr and wife (she is continuously refusing every time)
- i work as a typist and earns Rs.5000/- approx per month
- my medical and rent are also there which i have to face
- but suddenly on 2014 november i got interim order of Rs.3000/- with previous arears of total Rs.24000/- (but the 125 maintenance case date extended, she absents in court)
- then I paid Rs.10000/- by small installments of 5000 each
- but still i am sending her Rs.2000/- (she refuses) but comes at court to get the interim pay (my home to court distance about 190 km, my friends are saying she harrassing me)
my question is-
after getting the full interim order of 24000, i think she will again proceed to court for the next interim order (but still she refuses my money orders)
i think she is harrasing me as refusing the money orders and calling me to the court for interim installments (as my home distance is about 190 km)

I was being assaulted by Police on the pretext of catching me drunk while riding my bike. The police filed a drunk and drive case and assaulted me and caused grievous injury.
I filed a complaint int he police station, aggrieved by inaction I complained to the higher police officials but to no avail.
I filed a Private Complaint before the jurisdictional court and filed an application u/s CrPC 91 after court summoned the accused based on my sworn statement. Now the application u/s CrPC 91 has been rejected. What are my options. I want to appeal or file a revision petition before the Sessions court.
some say section 91 CrPC is revisionable u/s 397 of CrPC or under section 482 to High Court. I want to go for the revision but under which section?

One of our client in unregistered firm engaged in the business of purchase & sale of Immovable Properties (IP). It purchased (IP) being unregistered firm(URF) and executed sale deed was not release by the sub-registrar Balaghat for want of adequate stamp duty. Because of these mutation was not done. In the meanwhile the seller who sold the immovable property to our client (URF), again sold out the same IP to another buyer thereafter this immovable property were routed sales to 3-4 consecutive buyers. The property was released in favour of our client by the Sub Registrar Balaghat after paying the difference stamp duty. Thereafter our client firm was registered and it comes to the knowledge of the firm and its partners that his IP was sold out to other persons so many number of times. After becoming registered firm (RF) the firm filed the suit for mutation as well as for possession. Please suggest/ our Questions.
1. What we do further and how?
2. Can URF purchase the Immovable property in the firm name? If yes now and any case law in favour of us.
3. The deponent against us has taken stand in the court we being URF we could not purchase immovable property nor can you file suit for possession / eviction. Though as on filling the suit by our client, our client is registered firm (RF). Is any similar case law in favour of us.

Dear experts,
My query regard the order of framing charges and difference in the docket order regard 239 examination and charges framed,
previously we approached high court for quashing the chargesheet highcourt directed us to file discharge in the lower court
I filed a discharge petition for the offenses 498a and 3&4 dpact
0n 26/02/2015 petition dismissed posted to 9thmarch 2015,
on 27/02/2015 we filed for out of order petition for order copy to go for revision,
9th march we requested the judge that order copies not given to us and we want to go for revision until then stop framing of charges,
majestrate posted to 12th march for framing of charges failing arrest warrant,
on 10th march we got the order copies and on 11th we filed in the revision court,
on 12th we told majestrate that we filed revision and stop the charges framing, majestrate rejected our pleA AND framed charges under 498a IPC and 324 IPC,
on 17th march stay granted in the CC and it was dismissed on 18/082015
while framing charges under 498a majestrate in her order mentioned that we suspected the complainants fidelity hence we are charged under 498a, wher there is no allegation of suspecting fidelity either in the FIR or chargesheet,
Regard 324 IPC she mentioned in her order that we beat the complainant hence 324 IPC,
but we thaugh that regrd 324 IPC there might be a mistake coz of 3&4 they might have typed 324 and we baught the same to the court clerk, he told that it was a mistake and we will correct it,
coming to the docket order they corrected in place of 324 they corrected 3&4 in the docket order only with the sign of judge and they told us that it was corected by the judge and they showed the docket order,
I applied for the charges framed and the docket order certified copies the docket only was corrected in place of 324 corrected to 3&4,
My query is
1. wat should i do now even in the charges framed there was no single place or time or date of offence how could i defend myself wat remedies are ther for me in challenging the order of framing charges.
2. is there any limitation for revision or quashing on the order of charges framed b'coz charges framed on 12/03/2015
3. Can a second time under section 482 crpc can filed on this subject as we already filed regard quashing of the charge sheet.
Experts pls guide me wat to do otherwise my family will face lot of troubles b'coz ithe majestrate here is anti men what ever the complaints plea she will do it

Can anybody guide me about the promissory note withone rupee revenuestamp. Upto what amount agreement can be made on blank paper with one rupee revenue stamp. Somebody told me that only upto 5000 agreement can be made on blank paper with one rupee revenue stamp.

I got married with one of relative in july 2015. But very next day girl return to her parents as her parents were threatng of suicide. Now she doesnt want to come back. My qtns is if i file rcr case and
if i win rcr case, and then too she refuse to return my home, wht will happen :
1 does she has right to file divorce and marry another man
2 does she has right to demand maintainance?

Dear Sir,
Good day...
IF a doctor of government hospital hold operation certificate (operation done by him) of a patient intentionally, only to harass patient.
1. Then what is the legal remedy in the hands of patient and his relatives to obtain the certificate.
2. Is it a professional mis-conduct.
3. Also is there any provision in law to punish doctor for such professional mis-conduct.
Please advise.
