a) Is there any rule or regulation for advertising on the vehicles like truck, bus, lorry etc. except government vehicles?.
B) If yes, is it taxable business?

My name is Ana Rafique.I got married and now staying in UAE on Husband's visa. I need to get my graduation certificate attested.
But my dob in my certificates does not match with passport dob.
My passport was prepared with my 1.adhaar card Ration card which has my original DOB of 9-3-1988.
2.And�Affidavit sworn before a Magistrate/Notary stating date/place of birth as per the specimen in Annexure 'A' by illiterate or semi-illiterate applicants (Less than 5th class.
My school certificates shows dob 9-3-1987
Which was not matching with my original dob in adhaar card so I did not provide that at time of processing passport.
Please let me know how I can get my garduation certificate attested.
Should I submit my class 10 certificates under observation to get dob changed?
If so, my address proof will have different DOB.
Please help.

Whether PF need to be deposited on Arrear Salary Paid to Retired Employees?
The issue is elaborated below:
Due to memorandum of settlement workers in Jul'15, arrear wages were paid to Employees from Jan'14. In case of existing employees there is no issue as the PF is contributed to their live accounts.
But in case of retired employees, PF accounts are closed.
What is the correct way of paying PF to retired / separated employees.
Please quote relevant provisions.

My wife filling false 498A & 506(II) case for the past 2013.Now i came to know the case because i dint know the FIR Details.The Police people did not ask any enquiry i filled the AB the i face the court herring.
Now i found my wife was illegal affair for her Ex lover so i heard the message her one of the relative.then i placed the intelligence report.the report told she was running family last 24 month as living together basis.so in position how to handle the case

My son is working in good company in a lucrative position in US, He is married since last 7 years,
His wife is working in MNC in Mumbai also in lucrative position,
Now both are well setteled and do not wish to leave their respective jobs, While Husband does not want to shift to India and wife Vice Versa.
Now wife who stays with us, is thinking of Mutual separation but my son does not have time to come down to India to file papers.
Can his part of papers be submitted in US in any Indian Govt.Office while his wife does the needful in Mumbai,
Pls do explain how to go about without calling Husband back to India.

Suit related to injunction
Dear Experts,
In a suit for injunction i have prayed for
"a) To pass a decree of permanent injunction against defendants to demolish and remove the illegal construction."
is demolition of a construction is a permanent injunction or mandatory injunction??
is there need to amend the relief
