Registration of lease deed

1. My office is in the joint names of us 3 brothers.
2. I am shareholder no: 2 in the share certificate.
3. The building is a limited Company and shares are issued by them for occupying and owning the relevant office premises.
4. Also, I have got a letter from them confirming that I am 1/3rd owner of the office premises
5. My brothers, with whom I have got disputes, have registered a lease deed in favor of son-in-law-of 3rd shareholder , for 30 years + 30 years + 30 years at a paltry sum of Rs. 10000/- per month
6. They have xeroxed only the front of the share certificate, whereas my name is endorsed on the reverse. (thus they have falsified the share certicate, by xeroxing some tax challan on the reverse)
7. They have not asked my permission for this deed.Nor have they taken NOC from building authorities.
8. Can the registering authority cancel the registration (and file FIR) under section 82 and 83 of the registration act.
9. I have tried to lodge a FIR, but police say that the Registrar's office should do that.

Grand mother property

1) We have 5 acres of land located in Udupi District Padubidri Grama . Land got transferred form Seller in the year 1973-74 to My Grandmother and her son that is my father’s brother after paying Rs. 5000. Grandmother have 6 Children's(2 sons and 4 daughters)including my father, grandmother expired in the year 1980 and my father in the year 1986 now my uncle(fathers brother)arguing that property belongs him and he has full right and denying to provide any share to others. Again there is a will written by My Grandmother with her thumbnails to my aunt (father’s sister) 50 cents out of this land.

2) And we one more land of 2 acre where received as Mulageni tenant and transfer document having names of 5 brothers and sisters and doesn’t have uncles name (fathers brother) in the year 1976 and again will has been written by Grandmother to my Uncles(Fathers brother)name that full property should be given to him.

In the year 2005 we have given power of attorney to my Uncle to fight for land which was supposed to acquire by Power generator Company but some portion of land acquired by this company and we received money for that acquisition. But power of attorney still remain with Uncle ie we have not done any act which removes the power of attorney.

Query
1).Can we get portion in first property which is 5 acres.

2).Can will accepted for Mulageni property or is this cab be done for chalageni.

3) Can we get portion in 2nd property.

about rights in paternal property

Sir I want some clarification on the above subject . We have total 6 acres of agricultural land. my father having 6 sisters and a brother , one of his sister is unmarried she is staying with us. From 4 years they are forcing us to get the equal share in land. But agriculture is only life source for us we total depend on that . And I'm from karanataka , I heard that 20 days ago a ammendment was made by govt that married women don't have rights in their father's property because of relationship breakages and chaos in families . Is it true? Ammendment is real made? Or Al having equal share?
